I regularly order from Vitality Medical and have been a customer for several years. I'm so disappointed with my recent order that I don't think I will ever order from them again. I placed an order on Sat., April 20th. Sunday, I e-mailed them stating that I had trouble with my order. I deleted item # **** that contained LATEX and replaced it with item #**** that was LATEX FREE. I even UPDATED the cart. However, I noticed that the Order Confirmation email showed that the change hadn't occurred and the wrong item was in the completed order. After my Sunday email went unanswered, I emailed them AGAIN on Monday and called them as well. I did all this BEFORE the item even shipped. It took me all day Monday to finally get a hold of **************** because they stated that they were having trouble with their phone lines. After speaking to the Representative, she stated that even though my order didn't actually ship out yet, they couldn't cancel the item or make any changes. She told me that she could attempt to cancel the item but, no guarantees. Well, many hours later, in the late evening, I get a notice that it shipped! I was beyond frustrated. I can't handle all the glitches that this company has. Last time I ordered, the company had trouble sending out it's shipments. This time the website didn't properly update the changes I made in the cart. Then, their customer service phone lines had trouble. I just spent over $323. on Apr 20, 2024 and I had plans before all this happened to order more frequently. Now, I don't think I will ever be ordering from them ever again.

Always easy to order online. Great prices with fast delivery. Never been disappointed

The reward program has too many obstacles plus you spend too much time on the multiple check/ins its like they impede your progress with red tape. T think its only good for big corporations because their employees would never maximize the full rewards because of all the bull c*** they put you through horrible for individuals good for corporations

I didn't have any complications, from now on I'm just waiting for what I ordered to arrive.

Great site ?? the only thing missing is delivery instructions ( hours, special instructions and delivery options) and hours of operation for business delivery.

My business has ordered medical supplies through Vitality Medical many times and we've never had issues. They carry a wide array of supplies with multiple ************* for each product. I've found their prices to be competitive and quality of products superior to those from Amazon. Shipping is usually fast too.

Easy ordering and searching for products online. Company stocks just about any medical supply you could ever need to take care of a loved one!

Bad service all around. Their website got my order wrong, I contacted customer service the very next morning (which is to say within 14 hours) to request they rectify the order and was told they would put in a cancellation request. And go ahead and submit a new one.Well that never happened and I received the wrong item anyway. Insight gained: this is an intermediary giving POOR service, go straight to manufacturer website if possible.
