      Transaction date 3/27/2021 paid $407k for a new home The issue is porch pillar was hanging almost 2 inches off the porch, informed Woodside of this one month before closing which they said would be communicated to the superintendent. I followed up again when we got close to our prefinal walk since I hadn't heard nothing back, then was told a new superintendent started, the answer they came back with when we did the prefinal walk was nothing they could do and a mistake like this happens every once a while. I pushed due to the fact this is in the front of the home and very obviously a mistake on the build, they agreed it didn't look right and was a mistake so they started to investigate options. At the final walkthrough they still had no solution but informed me they were brainstorming and would do something to take care of me and that not to worry home had a warranty. In the end they came and trimmed a bit off but is still overhanging quite a bit. I don't think this fixed the situation

      Terrible home quality, and the customer service team for repairs is even worse and super disrespectful. It's an absolute battle to get any fix done that the "1 year warranty" clearly says they fix. It's occurred pretty much every time something comes up and they always have an "excuse" to why it's that way and try to not fix it. And literally every neighbor we have spoken to has had the same awful experience.They way they act to people who have purchased $700K+ homes is insane. The kid named **** that works for them is extremely unprofessional and on the phone literally said "I'll hang up and ignore you completely". Ummm no that is not how you handle customer service for high paying clients.The workmanship of the homes is bad, after taking with multiple neighbors they all have had severe issues. Once Woodside gets your to pay for the home, they backtrack on everything they said to get you to buy it.We caught them in multiple lies as well during the building process so they could try to save money on their end. Don't listen to their promises and avoid this builder at all cost. Worse building a home experience ever.

We strive to provide timely and effective repairs for any issues covered by our 1-year warranty, and we apologize if you have not received this level of service. We will be looking into your case and addressing any concerns you may have.We would like to assure you that we do not condone unprofessional behavior from any of our employees. After investigating the incident you mentioned involving ****, his reasoning in ending the phone call was due to your aggressive language and threat to do physical harm. It is our policy that if respect and safety are no longer present in the interaction to conclude at once and we may resume at a later time when those courtesies can be assured. We take great care in training and supervising our staff to ensure that they provide the highest level of customer service at all times.We understand that building a home is a significant investment, and we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. We apologize if you feel that we have not lived up to our promises, and we will do everything in our power to address your concerns and work towards a resolution.Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to earn back your trust and satisfaction.

      Sounds like your employee is lying to you to save is own a** and job. Good work asking the only person who has something to lose what happened ******. Very professional as always. And looks like from you le other reviews, everyone has the same issues as well. So the only common denominator is your employees.
