The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.On January 26th, 2021 the business entered into a Settlement Agreement with the State of Utah Department of Commerce. The Assurance settles allegations that the business failed to refund the consumer after receiving a valid refund request. Under terms of the Assurance, the business agreed to make payments totaling $6,850.00 to refund E.R. The Assurance was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
