      My first appointment at Wasatch Allergy and Asthma was May 20th as I had been experiencing unusual reactions that I thought could be allergy related. I saw provider Michelle D**** and paid a $40 co pay. After a few more appointments and trial and error, the next step was to get bloodwork done to rule out other possible causes. I went to a lab in the salt lake area to get this done and took the lab write up that Dr. D**** has provided me. I then scheduled another follow up to go over the test results when they came in. May 27th I went in for the lab results. I arrived on time and wasn't brought. back to the exam room until 30 minutes after my appointment. The provider did not have my lab results readily available stating that the lab never sent them over. I spent a minimum of 1.5 hours in the exam room as they called the lab requesting the results. With no success, the staff told me to go home and that Dr. D**** would call me before the day way over with the results. 4pm rolls around and still no phone call. I call the office and they ASSURE ME that Dr. D**** will not end the day without calling me. 5:30pm and the office closes for the weekend and I did not receive a call. This office is also no open on Mondays so i had to wait three days. I called and called and called with no avail to reach Dr. D**** on Tuesday. She finally called me and never once mentioned that she promised and failed to call me on that friday. she then proceeded to explain that the lab work was not done correctly and that I'd need to go BACK IN for more blood work. I was infuriated and stated that I would no longer be seeing her for services as any trust was out the window. I was able to get into contact with the office manager and requested a refund for the co pay for the final appointment that was pointless when i never received my lab results. I have now received a random bill that the billing department cannot decipher and STILL no one at this office answers the phone or returns voicemails.
