I would give 0 stars if I could. My wife needed to get a general health evaluation, so she made an appointment with this outfit. The website advertised $125 for the evaluation. She scheduled an appointment which was to be conducted on webx. They were supposed to send a link, but didnt. A few days later, just before her appointment, she still didnt have a link. She called 10 minutes before her appointment and they said they needed to reschedule. They rescheduled for the next week. Again, just before the appointment, they hadnt sent a link, so she had to call again, then again and again. More than 1/2 hour after her scheduled appointment, she got connected online. They asked for their $150 fee. Yes, they added an extra $25, which wasnt worth fussing about. Finally, at 4:40 PM they connect her with the man who she was supposed to talk with for her hour long evaluation. She had to submit a questionnaire prior to the appointment, which is what the man talked with her about for 20 minute, then wanted her to sign up for a 3 hour class that costs $250. There was no real evaluation, it was just a place thats interested in taking your money. They appear to be licensed and have degrees, but if you take a look at their place of business, it appears as though they operate out of meth house. If someone is interested in a real mental health evaluation or mental health treatment, I would run from this place. Dont waste your time. Weve spent $150 on ****** things, so well write it off as a ****** learned.
