            Utah Valley Tire Auto has the absolute worst and incompetent services. I took my vehicle in on Feb 9, 2022 in which was running fine, but I needed a diagnostic check not only was it a misdiagnosis they also damaged my car. I left the shop and it sounded like the Muffler had come off. I had someone else check it out and the technician told me that my flex pipe had been pushed back with extreme force causing it to separate and make that awful sound. Unfortunately they had to replace my Catalytic Converter as well. It cost me $1,180.87 for the repair. I had called back to inform them what had happened of course in denial and their customer service is not in the best concern/interest for customers. This is a hefty cost that I couldnt afford due to the fact that they damaged my car with their negligence due to poor mechanical work. I am overall extremely disappointed in their services and incompetency, but why should I have to pay for this extent of damage.
