              I guess the franchise owner doesn't care how this location is operated. We stopped by after months of not patronizing this location due to unsanitary conditions (which we complained to their headquarters about numerous times), and because they never have all the inventory baked. We took another chance - poor move on our end. Not only did they not have the semi-sweet cookie, the "manager" attempted to push the semi-sweet with walnuts, which we did not want. We saw they had the "nibblers" half-dozen, asked if they were semi-sweet which they assured us they were, and said we'll take those. They only had four left, and we said well give us what you have - and yet they CHARGED US THE FULL PRICE. Excuse me? The manager said, - "That's the price, take it or leave it, no matter how few you get." I THINK THAT IS CALLED FRAUD. She refused to refund our money. When we got home and ate one of the nibblers, it was NOT SEMI-SWEET. Once again we contacted customer service - who didn't care at all. As a matter of fact, the young man we spoke with said, "Well, if it was me I would just stop going there." SERIOUSLY?

              Mrs Fields Cookies were sold as a fundraiser. The people who purchased the cookies were highly disappointed. The cookies had no flavor and no sugar. They failed to send one box and failed to return his money. the boxes were small for thirt dollar, plus a processing fee and shipping cost. The representative had the organization under the impression that 50 percent of sales. The goal sold was $1410.00 , but was only issued $399.00. There is no star rating for this company.The organization was so embarrassed and will not purchased any product from this company or and facilitation.
