      Our dealing have mainly been with Tyler, Nathan and Jimmy. We have loved working with them and know our properties are in good hands with the entire Northpoint Team.

      Horrible false advertising! I paid my $150 application fee after the gentleman ***************************** advised me if the listing is on the website it means its available. Called him to confirm. I paid the $150 for him to call me and tell me it was already leased out a few days before however the listing is STILL on the website! So many ppl are paying the application fees on a places NOT AVAILABLE! They should be looked into and a class action lawsuit should take place immediately! Do not trust this place. Ive called and texted to make sure because ** Floridans are being hit the most with all these application fees.

      I applied for a property and paid $141.00 for the application fee only to be told that the property was already rented out. The listing agent ***************************** has awful communication skills. When we met with him to see the property I asked if there were any requirements from the *** and he didnt know because he wasnt sure who the *** was. If you are the listing agent you need to know this. I found out on my own who it was and called them and they said the only requirement was a background check. When I informed him that the listing is still on the website and people like me are applying and paying the fee his response was , it takes 24 hours to be removed. If someone applied for it and was approved it shouldve been removed immediately! If you go on the website today, its still listed as available to rent! This is fraud !

      h this company March 28th. We paid for cleaners to clean the house and fix anything that needed fixing. It took ******** more than 30 days to send back our deposit on the rental . For 2 weeks he and my fiance were going back and forth on sending the deposit back. The bank account was confirmed and addresses and he sent it to the wrong person and bank account. This company is very incompetent in doing their jobs. Sending our deposit to someone else and not checking everything is correct is not okay.

      As a general practice, I refrain from posting negative reviews, as I understand that mistakes can happen and individuals typically try their best. However, I regret to report that my experience with this particular property management company has been unremarkable, resulting in significant financial loss. While I will not delve into specifics, I will mention that their inadequate management has cost me a substantial amount due to negligence. Despite their shortcomings, they have failed to take responsibility for their actions, and communication with their team has proven to be unfruitful.I currently have five properties under their management, yet it seems as though my concerns are not prioritized or taken seriously. I have attempted to resolve these issues on numerous occasions, reaching out to their VP for support, but my attempts have been met with silence.I had previously worked with an excellent property manager who has since departed from the company, and since then, I have been unable to receive any form of communication from Northpoint. I am uncertain of the current status of my properties, and have not received proper documentation or any indication of what they have done with my money and keys.I implore you to exercise caution before engaging with Northpoint to avoid the difficulties I have encountered.

      I had high hopes for this company from the great reviews but ended up being completely disappointed in the end. When we were supposed to move in they pushed back the date by a day because cleaning hadn't been done yet. That's fine, things happen, but then on the new move in date when we entered the home it was completely trashed, had not been cleaned and many items were broken. The garage door didn't work, dishwasher was broken, back door lock was broken, microwave was broken (still not fixed), wax and pee stains were all over the carpets (still not clean), the air ducts were filthy (still not clean), trash bins were overflowing, and much more. All of which were reported to them through text, the move in report, and maintenance requests. When we complained that the house still wasn't move in ready they pushed our move in date back by another day and all they did was send out cleaners who barely even touched the place. I ended up having to clean the entire house myself before we could move anything in. Only a couple months into our lease the hvac unit began to leak and caused water damage. They sent someone out to check the unit but it ended up breaking again just a couple months later and yet again during the freeze in the winter. This was only fixed because I had to reach out to the owner directly. The water damage has not been fixed to this day. The siding on the back of the home had also began to fall off last summer and remains unfixed. Needless to say, we have had nothing but issues with the property since moving in and the company doesn't seem to care to get anything fixed in a timely manner or at all unless we push them to do it. I'm incredibly disappointed in this company and the lack of communication/resolution. We have just received notice that they are taking over $700 out of our deposit for items that were damaged when we moved in and are currently trying to remedy the situation since we took pictures and video upon move in.

      ************************* was excellent to deal with from day 1. He was very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable when it came to the rental market. We will be buying from him after we're done renting for a year. Kudos to ************************* and his team!!
