    Avoid this Place Terrible **************************** Living Conditions If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with EMG Management Group has been nothing short of a nightmare. The management is completely unresponsive to maintenance requests, and doesn't even fix anything. Trashed rooms, ant infestations, bad maintenance, mold in showers, mold in washers.Despite repeated written requests, they refuse to fix basic habitability issues, violating tenant rights under Utah law.Customer service is nonexistent, and if you try to stand up for your rights they will either ignore you and not respond.. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Please contact me to resolve these problems as soon as possible. ******

    I can't think of a time I've been treated worse by a leasing company. Would recommend staying away from renting anywhere that uses them. Every single person gave me a different response, I got charged for very questionable things without notice and no one would answer my questions about what I was being charged for.I had multiple people apologizing to me for the way I've been treated, and then they wouldn't respond afterwards.

    They are not professional at all. They charged me extra month fee even after they agreed to amend the lease term.
