    Hi,

    In reference to the query raised by ******************************

    We have made numerous attempts to contact ***************** on his cell phone **************, as per the desired settlement for an explanation but unfortunately have been unable to reach him.

    Also, we have a discrepancy in the disputed amount, as ***************** has paid nowhere near what was mentioned in the original BBB complaint.

    Furthermore, as a gesture of goodwill, we have stopped all further debits going forward and closed ********************* account with ****************.

    Took a loan with this company a little over a year ago. Am still continueing to see the $89 charge come out of my account, so i know they are getting there payments.Called today to see how much i have left on this loan and the lady continued to tell me that the $89 does not go to the loan it is a "extension fee" to extend the payment to the next pay period. All over a $200 loan. So here we are a little over a year and they are still taking the payment out but its not going towards my loan?? Come on now. And then she proceeds to tell me that they have tried contacting me ... umm no the heck you have not!!! She made me aware that they closed the account but yet i got a email stating my next payment will be taken out on June 16th. She said to disregard that email.. umm yeah i will when i call my bank and have them put a stop on the payments as they now have taken out $3,471. Which is 39 different payments at $89 December of 2021!!! So well over a year !!!

    In November of 2022, I borrowed $200 from this company. I was told I would have to pay an additional $89 on top of my loan which I agreed to. As of today I have paid OVER $1000!! I recieved no emails or any kind of information pertaining to my loan. There is no active customer service phone number or website. I will be filing a charge back with my bank and trying to find a way to make them stop charging my bank account for $89 bi weekly since the loan started

    I reached out to them via email this morning concerning my loan agreement. They sent an email stating that I would be receiving communication from them via email. Up until today, I had received zero communication from them, yet they continued to take money from me. I received a phone call from a representative who was rude and condescending. Every time I brought up a question or complaint, the representative would shut me down and interrupt me. At one point, she said "your due dates are on your pay days, what did you expect." From that moment on, the call was unproductive. I asked for a direct link to their website where I could view my loan agreement, they don't have one. I ask for my loan agreement to be emailed to me. She does not. She tells me she is closing my account and it will reflect that I defaulted on my loan. She then hangs up. I receive a call from a supervisor later, and he asks for the payment in full. I remind him that 1. his representative was disrespectful and 2. she closed my account without a reason. He states that he doesn't know any company that would give money without expecting it to be paid back. I once again ask for my loan agreement to me emailed to me. This supervisor states that he will. The loan agreement sent to me, still does not include the payment plan I agreed to. Please do not use this company for any services. It is a scam. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges as my loan agreement does not include my payment dates.

    I took a $200 loan out with this company in November and was told I would have to pay an additional $89 on top of my loan which I agreed to. At this point in January I have paid almost $500 from them taking my payments out on auto pay. I recieved no emails or any kind of information pertaining to my loan. I was not able to get a hold of anyone when I called them and will be filing a charge back with my bank and trying to find a way to make them stop charging my bank account every time I get paid.

    In February 2022, I took out a 200.00 loan from sigma loans. They told me I’d receive emails before withdrawals. The emails have never come and they have withdrawn the same amount every paycheck for the last 6 months. I have had several attempts to contact them and cannot reach them via email or phone, yet the 89.00 still continues to be withdrawn from my account. the withdrawals are from 2 sigma accounts that I did not consent too. I am placing a stop pay with my bank and there will be charge backs for what the law / bank allows on this.

    There were two dates that were debited out of my account and those dates were 7/22 and 8/5 with total amount of $210. I would like a full refund to a different account.
