  This company is awful. I've been trying to pay them off and everytime I turn in the payment they return it and say I owe more. How can a company run legally like this? Don't try talking to anyone. They don't speak english.

  Nobody wants SPS. They are a the worst.They dont care about customers but only about getting paid. If they have your mortgage, my condolences. They dont care about you. But there is probably nothing you can do. They will even charge you for paying your loan online. They want keys to your checking account.

  -10000 is my score for SPS. They are very dishonest! BEWARE. They stole $1048 from me. HAte these liars and thieves.

  This company is the worst, they over charge me for about 2 years now in escrow, about $500 per month that's $6000 per year! without any real justification, I did contact them many many times via phone, certified letter, give them the full brake down but they don't care, I am 100% right, 2 different accountant also did check the numbers and I am right, they over charge me. They answer is you pay or we will forclose you. I never missed a payment and never will, I have no choice than to file this report now!After many calls, they refuse to transfert me to a manager as well. Thay are really the worst in the industry. They scam you, take your money and tell you that you have 0 right!Before you do a mortgage, make sure that company will not be the one that will take care of it after, otherwise you might end up paying much more than you should.Can't believe those scammer are still out there!

  If I could give zero stars I would! This is a terrible company to deal with! I have been fighting with this company for 3 years over paperwork. I ended up having to sell my home to get away from them! They are holding escrow money that they wont send to me!

  My loan was transferred to Select Portfolio Servicing from Wells Fargo in December 2018.During this period they have been cheating me on interest, *****, and extra payments that I have paid them. I have been talking to them for the last 2 years without any result. They keep saying we are investigating your request, or we are processing your extra payments. I am relay amazed that a major financial company is stealing customer's money and still doing business in this country. For the last 50 years I have delt with all kinds of banks, but I have never seen one like this. They openly cheat and ignore all complaints. Please, you or some other federal agencies need to get involved and warn their customer about this violation.
  I will contact my state Consumer Protection Division and NCCOB.

  This company is frauding people out of money for their mortgages. Telling people they are paying this amount of money on taxes for the house and when you call the tax people they say they didn't or its a way less amount. And then they lie about it after sending a paper saying they did it.

  We were hit by Ian and put our entire house back together without insurance money. Select Portfolio Servicing has an inspection at 85% complete from months ago and will not release out $430,000 check that they have had for 3 weeks. They had another inspection done 2 weeks ago that will show house is 100% complete and they still will not release money. I am a Realtor and I would never recommend anyone use this company. They say they will call back and they don't. We have been through so much with the insurance company and the storm and now the bank has to put us through **** as well. Shame on them!

  Terrible company to deal with. They drag out issues to collect more interest and penalties. I have been dealing with them on an Estate. Sent them 4 copies of a death certificate and constantly was told that all 4 copies were not legible. Requested notes to be put on the account that the property was going to be sold and the closing date. 5 days after the closing, SPS paid the homeowners insurance and said it was my responsibility to fix this. If you can stay away from this incompetent company
