  While trying* to make a payment on line app on my mortgage of a certain amount, the app completes a transaction to pay off late/ escrow fees. I never authorized that transaction! No where was I able to cancel that out or edit that to state I never applied that on app. Theyre chat was useless!, Theyre taking payment out on Oct 2 , which no funds will be available. The office was closed so no one to talk to. Now Im waiting to call first thing Monday morning to have them cancel, and to deal with my banking!! My account will be wiped out, so frustrated!, I cant even type in this comment calmly!

  They got a pay off check from insurance company in May. Here it is September and the have not release the rest of the funds or have they paid off the mortgage.

  I am supposed to receive a re-issued escrow refund check. It has been three months and still no check. My case has been escalated multiple times. Nothing has happened. No one calls back if I leave a message. After I speak with management and they assure me they will call me with a follow up no one calls back. They have been holding onto my money, but I assume if I owed them money, the response would be entirely different.

  They got a pay off check from insurance company in April. That took until July to pay on off loan. Now they are hanging on the rest of money not wanting to release the rest of fund.

  My loan was sold to this company right before I paid it off and I have been struggling to get my $13k in ESCROW returned. It has been 6 months of multiple calls claiming they will send it, claiming to overnight it, speaking with multiple managers, horrible customer service from their top management (***** ). AVOID working with them if you can. I'm being left no other choice but to hire an attorney to put a demand letter to get my ESCROW + interest owed for negligence + my hourly charge (each call is an hour or so which I have lost business bc of) + attorney fees.

  Select Portfolio Servicing has not taken out their payment from my mother's account for the past two months. Today, I call the company to find out why and was told that they could not discuss my mothers account with me. However they could take the payment from me. I'm waiting for their next monthly bill to see if they add unpaid interests. This company is a rip-off and need to be investigated for their fraudulent practices.

  They dont record my payments correctly. My escrow account they have totally messed up. They bought an insurance in my name because they said I didnt have insurance and I do. This mortgage company *** scammer

  I noticed that my taxes were not paid for the third quarter, 29 days after they were due for both of the mortgage I have with Select Portfolio Servicing **** When I called up the company the lady on the phone was giving conflicting information. She first stated that the mortgage is paid yearly. I asked to clarify if she meant that it was only paid once a year. She then said there were six payments. I then questioned her about her previous statement about once a year. She continually flipped flopped on what she would say in regard to how many times a year they make payments on my taxes. I then cut to the chase making sure she understood how quarterly payments worked. I then asked her if they made a payment in January, then in April, does she realize that it has be well over 3 months since a payment has been made. She just kept repeating that the next payment is due in October. She wouldn't acknowledge they made a mistake. The only thing she would say in response for the payment that is clearly missing that the town needs to give them 'correct' information. I have a couple other mortgages in the same town that have escrows and those mortgage companies were able to figure it out. I ended with asking for paperwork to close the escrow. She never once asked me about the amount of the missing payment. She did not indicate that she was going to do anything to resolve the missing payment. Luckly there is a grace ****** for this quarter so the town hasn't charged interest yet. It looks like I'm going to have to make both tax payments myself even though Select Portfolio Servicing collected my money already to make those payments. I'm seeing if I can file something with the state because I'm not confident they wouldn't give me the run around when trying to get rid of having an escrow. I hope this isn't happening to other people that can't afford to front additional money for their property taxes.

  This company almost stole my home and when ***************************** helped home owners who were struggling. There was a program that if you pay your mortgage for a year without being late or missed a payment you will receive $10,000 towards your mortgage. I completed the program only to be told that I am not qualified. My monthly statement would always say I am qualify but toward the end, they took that statement off. I called them and said that I have statements to prove it and furthermore my payment was automatic deduction. I had to get really nasty with these people to get the money. Now they wont give my escrow balance, they are so crooked, bunch of criminals at that company. How can I get my money?

  There needs to be a class action lawsuit brought against this company!! My statement used to be sent on the 23rd of each month. Now it's arriving the 28th or later when my payment is due on the 1st!!! Their excuse to me is the mail is slow. SPS is wanting me to default on my loan and messing with my credit!! Something needs to be done about this crooked company!! A zero on my rating for them.
