      Got a letter saying I owe 1 ***** of property taxes and that my account was going to be marked as in default. I owe $0.00 of property taxes, which is public information, available on the city website to anyone who has my address. Despite this, they are asking me to FAX (it's 2024) proof that I don't owe these taxes.Terrible experience, terrible systems, terrible customer service

      Absolutely the most impersonal, frustrating, and infuriating company to deal with. They don't send required documents, they don't answer their phones, and they have a website that will not allow login even with the saved and accurate username and password. They are the poster child of everything that's wrong with corporate America. Yuck.

      I feel sorry for anyone who has to file an insurance claim and has to work with loss claims department. Ive been without a kitchen for almost 4 months. As a single parent, this is beyond unacceptable. One would that if you have an investment in something, you would want the homeowner to get the funds ASAP to get the home fixed. Every week I call and something else isn't good enough. I've even had my insurance on the phone with them. Did I mention I haven't spoke to the same person twice. If I could negative stars, this is where they would go.

      I am very disappointed in the experience that I've had overall with PRMI. The customer service to get the loan was exceptional but the mortgage loan department once they secured my loan has not been very responsive. In fact, they sent me a notice that my loan was being transferred to another company and told me that the online system would not be operational and they have since put my loan for not paying it. As it is, I've contacted their department and they continue to try to connect me to the default loan with no success. This in turn will unfairly impacting my credit score and once again another black person is being targeted and discredited for no fault of their own. The company sees you as a number and disposable. They have no interest in building a real relationship that is advantageous for both of you. So again I feel like there are underlying issues with the company and I would not get a loan through them again even if it meant paying a bit more.

      No stars. This company is a joke. No one knows what they are doing. They took my first payment on a home loan, and transferred my loan the same day. They never processed the payment. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service. ??

      Wow. I've read these reviews and I must say that's it's sad and sickening to see that I'm not the ONLY one who knows that PRMI is the WORST lender/mortgage company that everyone should run from. I've never known (and we've owned a couple of homes before this one) a company so cold hearted. The representatives are very un educated and their favorite word is " um, um ". Last year covid they messed up our credit by reporting us to the credit bureau that we were late while we were under covid protection although we were still making payments. I personally right now am trying to get my credit right from this impact so I can refinance with a different company. The list goes on but all I feel like posting here is what I've put because it's pretty traumatic to deal with this company. I promise that anyone who don't know about them will find out the hard way. Please read reviews and believe them because all PRMI will do is respond with a statement and nothing gets resolved for the customer...This is their response "Thank you for sharing your remarks regarding our Servicing Team.       I was issued an escrow check on 2/27. Printed in that check was void if not cashed in 90 days. I deposited the check last week, well within the 90 days. The check bounced and I was charged a bank fee. I called PRMI and they said for some reason they have been canceling checks after 45 days. They said they would re-issue check but I had to send them bank proof in order to get reimbursed for bank fee. Wait a minute!!! PRMI issues a check to me, wrongfully cancels it and I have to jump through hoops to get a bank fee returned??Shame on you PRMI for canceling a check and then making the customer jump through hoops. I dont even think legally you can cancel a check that clearly says 90 days to cash it.

      I can't even begin to describe all of the problems we've encountered with PRMI. ******* Branch Manager *********************** is by far the worst human I've ever dealt with. I contacted him regarding an *************** became very defensive. I was told to "Shut my mouth." and "You never shut up." When I reported this to the corporate office, I was told they'd look into it, but never heard anything else. Numerous attempts to communicate with corporate have gone unanswered. Even our realtor was shocked by the mismanagement of our loan. They are not a reliable company. Do yourself a favor & find another mortgage company. Like others have mentioned, they are not honest and you will be scammed.

      Watch your back with these guys they will stop payments on your insurance policy through your escrow account hoping you do not react in time and your policy cancels THEN they charge you for an insurance policy that is 4 times the amount you paid previously.

      JUST STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS ABD LIERS. (They ignore calls and Take advantage of PEOPLE!!!)People do not deal with Primary Residential Mortgage I promise they will take advantage of you. I spoke with **** who was supposed to help me to buy affordable duplex as my residential and rental income property we spoke on January 30th and gave him the information about the property as well as my income. We spoke for almost 2 hours, Telling me how good of a person he was and how much of customer service he had and he said that he likes to help people. **** promised to call me in day and half maximum....after that day, **** disappeared and did not answer my calls. We finally spoke on the February 13th and offered me a conventional loan with 5% down, but previously we spoke about FHA loan I was eligible for. Later that day i checked on the house I was supposed buy and saw that it was under the contract and update on the property was made few days after I first spoke with *********** took advantage of my needs either he made the offer or gave the offer to someone he knew. TRUST ME JUST STAT AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
