    I am filing this complaint due to a highly disappointing experience with GiGi Pips. I received a hat that was clearly damaged upon arrival. I immediately contacted their customer service and provided photo evidence of the defect.Instead of offering a refund or a free replacement, I was told I could buy the same hat again at a 40% discount. This was labeled as an exchange, but in reality, I was expected to spend more money to fix a problem caused by the company.This is unacceptable. When a product arrives damaged, the company should take full responsibilitynot push additional charges onto the customer. Ive gone back and forth with their support team, only to receive the same response.This shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. No customer should be expected to pay for a replacement when the issue was due to the companys ******** requesting a full refund or a free replacement, and I hope GiGi Pips reviews its policies so that no other customer is treated this way. ***** **** ************
