    I LOVE my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer! I have been having so much fun freeze drying various candies and sharing them. I got the medium and its just the right size for our family and space wise. . Madyson with technical support was a life saver and very patient walking me though my questions and issues . I highly recommend watching ******* videos to get the most out of your freeze dryer. I only wish I didnt wait so long to purchase one.

    Im so in love with my freeze drier and the awesome customer service of ******************. This machine is so easy to use and when I need help Harvest Right has wonderful videos to walk me through. When videos done help their customer service is so fast and helpful.

    I purchased this Harvest Right freeze dryer in October 2024. I have been very pleased with the results. It is a very complex machine that is very easy to use. The user interface is very friendly. I have freeze dried strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, tomatoes, watermelon, mushrooms, basil, and different candies (skittles, milk duds, jolly ranchers, salt water taffy, gummy worms, 3 musketeers, and ice cream sandwiches). It's such a great way to preserve food without refrigeration.The capacity is great, and I have been able to process quite a few items at once.I had an issue installing the WiFi adapter, and worked with their support. Calling Harvest Right support was a pleasure! I got to someone almost right away. The support tech (Rain) put me in touch with one of their Technical engineers (****) to solve my problem. They had to send me a new part, and talked me through the entire process and sent me videos of replacing the part. **** was very helpful in getting me up and running again. I am now able to connect to the freeze dryer from anywhere to monitor the batches and remotely control the freeze dryer. I highly recommend that you order the WiFi adapter. The accessories that are shipped with the unit are so useful. It is everything you need to get started. The heat sealer, the de-oxygenators, the light proof mylar bags are high quality. I have been using parchment paper to place on the trays, and I have had to use quite a few sheets because they cannot be used very many times. I would recommend getting the silicone pads - they are just the right size and can be used and cleaned again and again. This is a well built machine. Very well engineered.

    Purchased a large freeze dryer from Harvest Right. Got great service and fast shipping. Did have a problem after three uses as it quit freezing. Called customer service was put in contact with **** from Harvest Right. Sent my freeze dryer back and they replaced it with a new one. So far so good. Great customer service.

    The harvest right freeze dryer is the gold standard as is their customer and technical support. **** ****** in tech support is amazing at walking you through any issues that may arise in the ongoing use of the dryer. His patience and directions are so good.

    I received excellent service on two of my Harvest Right freeze dryers. I usually troubleshoot things myself, but I paid the $45 tech fee and was amazed at the value. ***** ****** guided me through diagnosing and repairing my black unit. For my older white unit (over 9 years old), I took it to the factory. I expected a $500+ billit was 1/4 that and fully repaired! They fixed refrigeration, replaced parts, tested everything, and more. I also got a Premier pump at a great price. Ms. ******* was kind and helpful during pickup, and Ms. **** made sure I got the correct hose fast. Three days later, ***** called to check on the machines. Now all three of mine are running beautifully. This team restored my faith in customer service!

    I have had my Harvest medium machine for over two years now. I love the ease of freeze drying and saving food that meets my dietary needs. The heat tray died and the customer service person did a great job diagnosing and helping me go through the steps to fix the issue. It was a $2.00 part they shipped to me and with the video they linked me to, it is fixed and I am happy. Great customer service!

    ***** was very helpful. He helped us diagnose a problem we were having with our freeze dryer. We were able to video conference with him. He got the part out to us and then made sure that we got everything installed properly and were in working condition. Excellent service.

    I've had my Harvest Right Freeze Dryer for a year now and absolutely love it. This method of freeze drying has solved my food storage issue of storing foods, like canned veggies, that I don't like and will probably never eat. Now I can store fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, milk, just about anything, in a much smaller footprint and for a much longer period of time. Id been wanting one for a long time, and Im so glad I finally made the purchase. While there is a bit of a learning curve at first, once you get the hang of it, the process becomes easy and even fun. There's a wealth of helpful information onlinethrough Harvest Right, ******** and morefor tips and recipes. Theres a lot to experiment with, and I was honestly surprised at how amazing ham off the bone turns out. After rehydrating, its nearly impossible to tell it from fresh! I recently added the Wi-Fi USB adapter, which lets me monitor batches and get alerts on my phonesuper convenient.I did run into one issue when water filled the chamber after a batch finished. My husband contacted **** from technical support, who was fantastic. With a few emails and calls, we quickly figured out the problemuser error. Make sure you empty the container that collects the drained water. When I opened the valve to release pressure, the water was pulled back into the chamber.All in all, Im very happy with the machine. Its a great investment for food storage, saving money, and making healthy snacks. Plus, the customer service has been excellent.

    If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Worst customer service I have ever worked with. I honestly don't think they even care about the end customer that purchases and uses their product. I was told by Harvest Right customer service that like a used car I should expect their product to break down and not work properly. That I probably should not have bought one, because they break down so often. That I can get a refurbished/cosmetically damaged replacement, since they replacement parts to repair my unit won't be in anytime soon. That I have no other options and am at the mercy of customer service at ****************** that does not care. I have worked in two large manufacturing companies over the past 20 years that care about their customers and their products (from the shop floor to upper management), Harvest Right is not one of those. Please do not make a purchase if you are considering one, save yourself the headache. Not only am I out thousands of dollars in equipment costs (while the unit sits in their repair facility), I also do not know if the food I processed with the unit is even safe to consume after all the cooling problems I have had. **************** also assumes that I am incompetent, saying my previous cooling issues were user error rather than the underlying issue with my machine, which was a lemon from the beginning. I have Master's in Electrical Engineering, I have worked in many large manufacturing companies and can tell you that they "stick to the letter of their warranty", which means, they know they messed up, but legally you are stuck, so good luck with that and you should have read the fine print. No, I would not like a refurbished unit. No, I do not want to wait an indefinite amount of time for my unit to be fixed. I would like a new unit or a refund or at least a date commitment of when my unit will be fixed and returned.
