    I am rejecting this response because:

    I do not agree with what they are saying.... I don't feel like they are an honest and repitable company.

    I called many times and ask to speak to Steve A******* or Brad Child to discuss progress of the shed (which took 12 months to finish), and they would have someone else call me back. The work would be at a standstill for many weeks at the time.

    SAFETY: I was out of state, the painter came to finish the inside and left the heater on in the shed. I did not discover it until I went to the shed a couple of weeks after I came home. I called the project manager Rory Graves at that time and told him, he treated it as not a big deal. My electric bill was higher for that month.

    I will pay them, but I would not recommend the company to anyone. My neighbors and friends know what I've been through with this compnay.

    nvoice they added to my final bill that says soffett.
    In July 24 invoice again stating I have never paid the additional $1500 and demand immediate payment. I don't understand why "rotten wood" is not part of original damage. I met with Steve A******* once!
    Also as part ot the repair/bid, they were suppose to fix my door and frames; they were never touched. My door facing north does not shut and latch properly. I let that go as I was/am really tired of trying to deal with this company.
    I am a senior citizen and the additional cost causes me a financial hardship. I have paid them $500 of the $1500 with the intention of paying $500 a month to avoid a legal action or a lean against my house.
    This company does not stand by their word nor express the truth. Everything I agreed to was in writing not verbal, my insurance has nevery heard about it. As you read in Steve A*******'s email; he says he will triple the cost if he has to submit to State Farm.

    Insurance approved and paid out the scope of work identified in the customers attachment.  The disputed amount is for an additional change order for $1500 for a soffit repair that was outside of the insurance scope. Customer agrees in her own complaint that she agreed to verbally.  This was discussed with the customer on multiple occasions from multiple people.  We have agreed to take $500 payments from the customer to make this situation less challenging for her and regret that she feels negatively toward our company.  We feel confident that the work we provided for this customer was high quality and in line with how the insurance company expects us to perform to make their customer whole again from a loss.
