    Attention IgniteTech On August 17,2022, I was given a 2 WEEK NOTICE that my bill would go from around $200 per month (that Ive been paying for many years), to a new price will be a fixed monthly amount of $2,983.33. Around a *****% increase!Regardless of the unsettling increase, I was NOT given a 30 DAY NOTICE!!!I had to find a replacement and get thousands of customers information over 6 years transferred over with a packed schedule and 2 week heads up.I emailed requesting how I would go about exporting data more than a year old, and was told I had to pay ANOTHER $30 for access. After requesting that be waived due to these extraordinary circumstances and my service not even functioning properly the last few weeks, I was told the email would be forwarded to the financial departmentwhere no one ever responded.After finally being enrolled into another platform, I emailed once again on the last day (AUGUST 31, 2022) saying I would pay the $30 for the export. On FRIDAY, 9/2/2022, I finally received a reply denying my request and telling me my account has been disabled. As of this moment, Im logged in and my account is NOT yet been disabled.IgniteTech(the company that purchased Agemni) does not care about customer satisfaction. If this export is not provided to me in a proper manner, I will be speaking with my attorney as well as going out of my way to leave negative detailed reviews on every company that IgniteTech owns. I hope this comment compels you do what is morally right by providing me with the full export I requested without any additional payment

    Used the service 19 yrs--declining value but lots of useful data there despite no improvement for years. 1 week ago we were given notice that the price would increase by over ****% with less than 2 weeks notice to accept on pain of losing access to the data. Taken over by IgniteTech who nobody should do business with.

    Terrible customer service. No one is able to help when there is an issue with the service. Will create multiple tickets and end with no resolution. We have been using the service for 10 plus years, but when company was bought out it quickly went down hill. Most reps have a hard time with English which causes several issues. Not worth the $1,000 plus spent on the service when there is not full functionality of the site or any available and reliable assistance.
