I was in need of a new shower. I got a few quotes and Rebath was not the lowest but they promised I would not have to wait several additional weeks for the glass shower door like the other quotes. For me, having it does quickly was important and so I paid extra for Rebath specifically to finish the job in two days without any additional delays. On the day of install (Jan 13th), we come to find we DO have to wait the additional time and I expressed my frustration to our coordinator who later refused my calls and ignored my messages having others call me back. They offered a measly $500 which was the commission from the sales person who either lied or had no idea how installations worked. I escalated and requested we split the difference of what I spent with them compared to the next lowest quote. I worked with **** the Director of Sales who left a message reiterating the $500 is "the best we can do" and told me my door would be ready on Feb 1. I called to coordinate the install and found it was actually Feb 17th. Well over a month from the original installation. They increased their offer to $800 off the price. The door was finally installed on Feb 9th (28 days after the installation began). Rebath doesn't stand by their word. They don't honor commitments even though they expect clients to. Beware of anything they claim because they love to promise the world and get everything in writing. Hold them accountable for what they promise. I was promised one thing and got another. The only thing I've asked Rebath for is to split the difference on what I overpaid. I overpaid $3200 and therefore would like $1600. They did reduce it by $800 and I'm seeking the other $800.
