I am gonna review the Avant credit card issued by WebBank. For the past month I have been calling them to dispute 2 transactions on my account that occurred on 3/6/2024. I called, so far, 8 times and they can not seem to put in the disputes on these 2 transactions. They would transfer me to departments that have nothing to do with the dispute process. I was told on numerous occasions that the disputes were being escalated, but each subsequent call made to them showed no case was open for these disputes. DO NOT GET THIS CARD! THEY WILL TRY TO S**** YOUR OVER!

Well this bank is in ************** WEB BANK I WATCHED THE Reality show and this company is agreeing with the practice of the ***** CARD taking money that dont belong to them. This company WEB BANK AND ***** CARD has got my money in the year of 2022 and 2023 and gotten ****** for the most part of Sept 2023. total was $384.28 this card supposed to help credit Petal Card is taking extra money Check reviews before excepting cards

do not do business with web bank. the 24hr guarantee is false your credit will take a hit. they are just gathering information from people. they have no intention of lending anybody anything. they do not have supervisors to speak with and the keep asking you to wait another 24 hrs. they have a 24hr application process guarantee but do not stand by it. web bank is a scam and I don't understand how they are still in business

Do not do business with this company. They do not care about their customers at all. My wife had breast cancer and missed 3 weeks of work for surgery and treatment. We fell behind on my ****** Card and they would not defer payments for even 1 month. Then they would not remove late fees when I got caught up 2 months later. This company just wants its money. Its like owing money to a mob boss. I can't wait to pay them off and never deal with them again. I can only hope to prevent others from doing business with them and that they eventually go out of business. I will do everything I can to help make that happen!!

Do not get the Avant Credit card through Web Bank. They use unethical practices to get you to pay more than you owe. They manipulate your check payments to be applied in a manner that allows them to exclude it on your statement so they can charge interest on the pre-payment balance but still show you owe for the next month - i.e. my bank check dated 11/03 shows their receiving stamp on 11/2 and they deposited the check on 11/3 (my statement closing date is 11/01) The payment does not appear as a payment received on the statement for 11/01 so the interest was charged on the pre-payment balance, but that payment also does not count as the payment due for November because they claim it was part of the statement that closed on 11/01.

Heads up finger hut aka webbank aka fresh freshstart credit lines are all one company. I have had a fingerhut account for $129 removed from my credit to no avail. They are NOT BBB accredited. **************** is c*** And no help. Why in the world would I only spend $129 on a line of credit and not pay it when I pay all my others? Terrible excuse for ****************. Do not recommend.

I got an Avant credit card through them and almost as soon as I paid their fees they but a block on the card. I fought with them for a while and finally got it removed only for them to turn around and block it again. I never used the card at all just paid their fees until I finally got fed up and cut up the card. I would not suggest anyone having dealing with this crooked company..

This credit card is not good. I tried three times to pay my card, without any success. I had to pay through a live agent. This is not how it should work. They also take an enormous time to post transactions.

I had a credit card, PETAL, that was issued through WebBank. Petal closed my credit card because I did not use it for 7 months. I had $2400 unused credit and closing my account affected my credit score. My account was closed with no advanced warning. I called PETAL immediately and explained that I was saving my account for emergencies and for an upcoming vacation. The associates I spoke to obviously have a script that they follow for questions and honestly, could care less. I then spoke to a supervisor and she reiterated the same script. I was also told that I could never apply again for the credit card. I am not unreasonable but only upset because this has caused me a hardship by affecting my credit score. I have worked very hard to make improvements to my credit and possibly purchase a home. I reached out to WebBank and they stated that they had forwarded my email to PETAL and that a liaison from PETAL would reach out to me. This never happened. I contacted WebBank again and they stated they would resend my email for followup. I have heard nothing. Had PETAL informed me of the possible closure of my card, I would have gladly made a small purchase. Thank you.

Do not accept WEBBANK AVANT CREDIT CARD offer. This bank card will kill your credit score. So sorry I have this card. ***** CREDIT LIMIT and I got it to raise my score. As soon as my score went up AVANT CREDIT CARD LOWERED my limit by taking *****. I only got this WebBank AVANT CREDIT CARD because two years ago i paid off a loan that I had with them. So I trusted WebBank. DO NOT GET WebBank AVANT CREDIT CARD. It is one of those cards designed to mess up your credit score. Pass on this one. They fooled me..WebBank AVANT CREDIT CARD IS A SCAM.
