      I've been with a hundred credit card companies.. This one is by far the worst.. They don't allow you to get access to your transaction.. They say to call and you get an Asian that cat speak English or understand it and repeats stuff I don't understand.. The worst..

      Received a letter stating starting 03/22/2025 that my Avant Master Card issued by WebBankwill start charging a $8.99 account maintenance fee/$107.88 annually on a credit card that only has a $750 credit line. What a joke and scam by banks to use their credit card. I will take a hit on my credit rating when I can cancel the card due to this scam. Credit Bureau needs to not lower your credit score for closing an account.

      Web bank sucks! After what they did to me regarding my Imagine card account they owe me. I better get a decent credit increase or credit my account for all my time I spent trying to fix what your ignorant brain dead customer service agents did to me and lets not forget the public humiliation I endured not once but TWICE. Fix it! To others stay away from Web Bank, you have been WARNED!

      If I could give zero stars I would. This company needs to shut down asap. I havent ordered from Finger hut in years and my account is CLOSED. Ive made all of my payments but my balance remains the same. Its a true scam and they wont allow me to pay off my balance.

      Well this bank is in ************** WEB BANK I WATCHED THE Reality show and this company is agreeing with the practice of the ***** CARD taking money that dont belong to them. This company WEB BANK AND ***** CARD has got my money in the year of 2022 and 2023 and gotten ****** for the most part of Sept 2023. total was $384.28 this card supposed to help credit Petal Card is taking extra money Check reviews before excepting cards

      do not do business with web bank. the 24hr guarantee is false your credit will take a hit. they are just gathering information from people. they have no intention of lending anybody anything. they do not have supervisors to speak with and the keep asking you to wait another 24 hrs. they have a 24hr application process guarantee but do not stand by it. web bank is a scam and I don't understand how they are still in business

      Do not do business with this company. They do not care about their customers at all. My wife had breast cancer and missed 3 weeks of work for surgery and treatment. We fell behind on my ****** Card and they would not defer payments for even 1 month. Then they would not remove late fees when I got caught up 2 months later. This company just wants its money. Its like owing money to a mob boss. I can't wait to pay them off and never deal with them again. I can only hope to prevent others from doing business with them and that they eventually go out of business. I will do everything I can to help make that happen!!

      Do not get the Avant Credit card through Web Bank. They use unethical practices to get you to pay more than you owe. They manipulate your check payments to be applied in a manner that allows them to exclude it on your statement so they can charge interest on the pre-payment balance but still show you owe for the next month - i.e. my bank check dated 11/03 shows their receiving stamp on 11/2 and they deposited the check on 11/3 (my statement closing date is 11/01) The payment does not appear as a payment received on the statement for 11/01 so the interest was charged on the pre-payment balance, but that payment also does not count as the payment due for November because they claim it was part of the statement that closed on 11/01.

      Heads up finger hut aka webbank aka fresh freshstart credit lines are all one company. I have had a fingerhut account for $129 removed from my credit to no avail. They are NOT BBB accredited. **************** is c*** And no help. Why in the world would I only spend $129 on a line of credit and not pay it when I pay all my others? Terrible excuse for ****************. Do not recommend.
