    I encountered serious safety and maintenance issues with the vehicle just four days into my trip. The most concerning problems included: Bald front tires, one of which went flat while driving in a remote area of Utah No tire iron (crowbar) provided, making it impossible to change the tire A cracked windshield, impacting visibility Windshield washer fluid was completely empty The car displayed just 34% oil life, which is not acceptable for a long-term rental These conditions forced me to stop at a gas station to temporarily inflate the tires, stay overnight with the help of strangers, and call AAA to assist with putting on the doughnut spare which I could not do myself due to the missing tools. I then had to visit a local mechanic to patch the tire, purchase my own crowbar and necessary accessories, and drive three hours to have the front tires replaced to ensure I could continue the rest of the trip safely. We were advised by both mechanics that it would be unsafe to travel with both tires bold. I have been calling these people for about two months now and no one will get back to me or help me get refunded. I have wrote the branch manager and called the branch and nothing. I finally got in touch with customer service and her response was to come here and talk to the branch manager. STAY AWAY TOTALLY UNSAFE VECHICLES..
