      I had a flight out on Breeze Airlines on 08/07/2025. The plane ticket states the plane was to leave at 3:26 pm, The doors to the plane were closed by 3:08 n they pushed off around 3:15 at any rate I was there prior to take off n prior to push off. Both gate agents were down at the plane leaving the agent desk abandoned. I asked to be re-booked on the next flight out n they began to quote policy contradicting everything that they were saying that I needed to b there 45 min early but send me an email saying I needed to b there 30 min early. I paid for carry on never stepped o. The plane but yet I'm still being billed for my carry on. What ever u say to BREEZE airline it's in the form of a chat, while you're talking n the chat they stop responding for at least 30 min. I truly believe you're speaking with a robot because Breeze Airlines takes no Accountability for their agents closing the plane door 7 minutes early or pushing off 28 min early. I was merely asking to b placed on the next flight out. The gate agents even gave me wrong info on that issue saying the next pla e leaves on Monday, but the next plane leaves on Sunday 08/10/25 not 08/11/25. The prices are fair sometimes, but the customer service is beyond and their rating of an F is WELL DESERVED!!! Upset can't began to describe my feelings rite now and this not the first time I've received poor customer service. Sometimes those few dollars are not worth saving go wit an A RATED AIRLINE and save yourself the frustration. ******* ******* upset customer

      Breeze Airways has some pretty decent pricing and they do fly out of ************.....and they "mostly" depart on time, but they are TERRIBLE at arrivals!! Every time (5 different flights to and from ***, ***, *******, ** and ********, **, the arrival gate has NOT been ready to receive the plane!! Really??? Every single time....at 4 different airports?? Tonight we flew from *** to *** and we took off on-time......pretty good flight, and we actually touched down at *** about 8 minutes early!! But then we were told that our assigned gate had a plane and we would have to wait ***** minutes for it to "back-out" and vacate, so we could "pull-up". Of-course, that didn't happen in ***** minutes and we waited about 50 minutes before we were able to get to our gate. 50 minutes!! Really Breeze???? You did the same **** thing in *** and in ******* and in ********, **. None of them were 50 minutes, but they were all ***** minutes delay because the assigned gate "wasn't ready"??? Hey, you pretty much have the "take off" stuff down, but you really gotta do a LOT better on your arrival stuff. For us, you are 6 for 6 on not being able to pull the plane into the assigned gate even somewhat close to the scheduled time. You have to do better Breeze!!

      DO NOT fly Breeze Airways!! Their customer service is terrible! We paid extra for tickets that would allow us to check a bag. So, we packed our full sized hairspray, shaving cream, lotion, cologne, makeup remover, contact solution, etc.... We arrived for our 8:00 flight at 7:16. As we approached the Breeze counter, the employee walked away. I assumed she would come back shortly; she didn't. I called down the hallway, "Is there somebody here who works for Breeze?" She replied, "I do." I asked her if she would help me check our bags, and she replied that we were too late. 7:15 was the cut off. I explained to her that we were only a minute late and could she please help us. She said no, you need to move to security. After going through security (where they threw away about $300 of product that was more than 3 oz), we learned that our flight was late. The plane was not even at the airport yet. So, we didn't take off until 8:40. They had no flexibility with us being a minute late, but we were expected to be very flexible when they were 40 minutes late. Unacceptable! This was at the very small Provo airport where the person checking your bags is the same person you see when you're getting on the plane, so the Breeze employee was well aware that the plane wasn't even at the airport yet when she refused to check our bags. I reached out to Breeze to talk to them about this and only received a rude reply that I didn't meet the 7:15 cutoff. I will never fly Breeze again. **************** is everything

      Do not fly. I am a travel professional who flew for the first time on this airline. I flew from ********** to *************** except, I actually never flew. After I checked in, I waited as the flight was delayed from 7:25 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. By then it was obvious that I was not going to make my doctors appointment and so I collected my checked bag and went to their airport ticket desk to secure my cancellation and refund. Apparently, there was a problem with the plane. Except there was no one there. When I finally spotted someone, she was a really nice supervisor by the name of ***** ***. She was great. But even she was confused by the cancellation and refund policy. Unfortunately, neither she, nor I, could get a hold of anyone at the airline because they don't have a customer service number you can call nor do they have an internal line for their employees to call. The only option was to engage in a chat with someone. It was like watching paint dry. She spent a full half hour with me, at the end of which she told me that she would go ahead and cancel my flight and, if the flight was at least 3 hours late, I would get a ********* took nearly 7 hours for their "Customer Empowerment Team" to respond to my desperate chat requests only to tell me that nope, I wasn't entitled to a refund; that all I was entitled to was a future flight credit and not even for the full amount that I paid. I had paid $35 for checked bag fees as well as another $169 for an upgrade. In lieu of a refund from the airline, I have disputed the charges with my credit card and will take them to small claims court if I have to. No way would I fly this airline again. Not unless you like to ******.

      Flight delayed like 7 hours, and then till the next day. They never said anything about picking up checked luggage, but never put it on the flight later. Pure laziness! Now theres no way to contact them, no reply, nothing at all. They dont even care. I've texted, emailed, blow them up on social. No response at all

      A Tale of Two Flights with Breeze Airways – From Fear to Confidence
      I normally book direct flights because I don’t enjoy flying, & after my first experience on Breeze flight MX 754 PVD-MEM on 06/06/25 at 6am, I felt completely justified in that decision. The flight, which was advertised as a direct trip to Mem ended up making an unexpected stop in Raleigh, NC. The turbulence was intense—at times it felt like we were dropping straight down to the runway, only to suddenly climb back up and bounce around in the clouds endlessly. It was frightening.
      What made things worse was the crews lack of communication & their demeanor. During our stop, the flight attendants & a pilot were casually chatting about their group chats & joking around in front of the passengers. It felt immature & unprofessional, especially given how scared many of us were. The experience was so unsettling that my husband offered to book return tickets on an entirely different airline. We were truly shaken.
      But then came the return flight—MX 755 from Mem-PVD 6/9/25 at 1023am and it couldn’t have been more different.
      From the moment we boarded, the pilot who's name I unfortunately don't recall(African American) made us feel safe, seen, and reassured. He was communicative, kind, and genuinely welcoming. He greeted passengers personally, announced and shared his credentials, and emphasized his crew’s preparedness and the safety of the flight. His leadership and calm demeanor completely shifted the mood on the plane. The crew mirrored his professionalism and warmth, and the flight itself was incredibly smooth and comfortable.
      I can’t overstate how much of a difference this one pilot made. He turned what began as a terrifying travel experience into a truly pleasant journey home. I’m open to flying Breeze again—and that’s entirely because of him.
      To that pilot: thank you. You deserve all the credit, and if I could, I’d hand-deliver you a bouquet of flowers. You made a nervous flyer feel safe again.

      Breeze Airlines -Unfortunately I can't give a 0 review. My daughter booked a trip for us to attend my grandsons graduation and we had a 6 hour delay getting here and now another 6 hour delay getting home. Ridiculous really, we'll never fly Breeze again. Nothing was offered to help or relieve our terrible wait times. Other airlines will at least offer snacks and beverages.

      My issue is that my new luggage was badly damaged. I ***orted it at the airport at the breeze ticketing counter as soon and I retrieved my checked bag. I was told the person who handles this was not available and after the *** spoke with their supervisor, I was given a website to ***ort the issue. I went to the website which stated that I needed to ***ort it at the Breeze desk at the airport, which I had just done! I texted Breeze and they stopped responding to my texts. This is getting ridiculous! How do I get reimbursed for my luggage? I have called, texted, emailed, and talked to someone fact to face to no avail.I also had a seat that was full of someone's chewing gum in multiple areas of the seat, including the menu, seat tray, and other areas. I took photos.

      Ive flown Breeze a few times and had previously loved it so much so that I even applied and was offered a position as a flight attendant. Unfortunately, this recent experience has completely changed my perception of the airline.Our flight was delayed over five hours with little to no communication. After hours of uncertainty, the captain finally addressed the fully boarded plane and acknowledged that the delay was due to Breeze's internal miscommunication with headquarters, not weather or external factors and the plane they were waiting for was actually on the tarmac the whole time. The crew onboard was kind and did their best, but the overall handling of the situation was pretty unacceptable.What made things worse was the lack of support after the fact. I contacted Breezes customer service, who had offered passengers a mere $50 point credit for a flight that cost over $200 and resulted in seven hours of wasted time, a missed day of work, and missing a family graduation. When I asked for a better resolution, I was told to take my complaint to the BBB (which they clearly don't respond too) so here I am.This was a deeply disappointing experience from a company I previously supported so much. As much as Ive enjoyed Breeze in the past, the way this was handled shows a serious lack of accountability at the corporate level with their internal processes, communication, and specifically customer support. Ill definitely be exploring other airline options in the future where before I used to happily choose Breeze.
