    Im so glad I didnt see these reviews before ordering. This is one of the best transactions Ive ever made from start to finish. I was a very needy customer that needed constant communication. They have no idea what is going on in my personal life but they gave me something to be happy about during some rough times. I needed a specific ring and FAST! The ring is perfect and amazing quality. Dont listen to any bad reviews. I highly recommend them.

    Placed a rush order with their team two weeks prior to my wedding, and they sent a ring two sizes too big that looks nothing like the photo on their website. The craftsmanship feels and looks cheap for the price of the ring, on top of the fact that they clearly do not care enough to ensure the order matches what the customer requested.Upon raising this issue with their team, they offered a return with a deduction of 40% of what I originally paid after they made a mistake on the ring that will be unavailable on my wedding day. I did not see this horrendous policy in their returns section which is on me. Just goes to show how they further do not care about their ************ not buy from them, you will likely regret it like I did, and many others on this page.

    Amazing Quality and customer service. I asked so many questions to get the perfect wedding ring for myself. Revolution answered all my questions and gave me a promo to bring the cost down a bit. Sadly, the ring was misplaced in mail and they not only fixed the issue and responded asap, but sent a replacement before my wedding. The customization and quality is quite awesome, but the customer service is what wins me over. Lifetime ring and a lifetime customer.

    I see that every single bad review gets lip service response where the company takes no responsibility for their bad customer service and policies. Before I get the same lip service, YES they outline terms in their policies when you purchase the ring. However, many companies value actual customer service over profit, these people clearly do not and their policies get you to pay more money to fix issues that shouldn't happen considering the price of the rings. I bought a ring for 922$ around 1.5 years ago and it has barely been worn (as we purchased it before the wedding). It has a wood inside and the wood is coming COMPLETELY off the ring. I wouldn't even expect this from a ******* ring, but 922$? When I messaged the company, they said they could fix it (no refund offered, or even partial refund, even though I clearly really don't want a ring from this company after the actual integrity of the ring is coming apart, it's not just slight damage due to carelessness). But I have to pay for shipping. So, I pay 922$ for a ring that is supposed to be of quality (according to other reviews of rings breaking, not so much), and I have to pay for the cost to get it there and get it back? When I said this was disappointing, they offered to pay for the shipping back, but not for the shipping there. They can respond to reviews with lip service all they want, claiming their customer service is not bad because they are going according to their policies, but I have dealt with many companies where issues arose and even though it went against their refund/warranty policies, they made efforts to adequately remedy the situation. So yes, I understand that they are following their policies, but their policies, customer service and ring quality are horrible and they clearly only care about making money off of you, not your actual satisfaction or quality product. Definitely spend your hard earned money somewhere else for a ring.

    Thank you for your review. As you know our rings are custom made, and so we cannot simply turn around a resell a ring that is returned, and thus we have our recycling fee in place. We offered you an exchange for a different style which it sounds like you do not want to do, based on the review. We stand by our work 100% and have thousands of positive reviews, so we apologize that your experience did not match those. We will have someone reach out today with a better resolution for you.

    My future husband is allergic to all metals and I was heartbroken when metal free rings weren't available in our area. I did some online searching and stumbled across Revolution and I am ecstatic with my order! I chose a forged carbon fiber with indigo wood inlay for his wedding band. It came in the mail fairly quick with a complimentary silicone ring and nice box.
