I have had work done by a touch of air glass and trim for more than 20 years, mostly tinting my car windows with good results. Occasionally I have had to have illegal dark tint removed and replaced with legal tint. So I brought a different car to them which I showed them and scheduled an appointment for removal and replacement of illegal and terrible tinting done by someone else. They scheduled me 3 weeks out and gave me a bid which I agreed upon. I arrived for my appointment after more than an hour drive because I was a loyal customer but now live further away. As soon as I walked through the door the receptionist said the manager saw me drive in and will only do the work for more than $100 of the original bid. I asked why the bid had changed and she said that it is just a big job to remove and replace tint on my Jetta. I mentioned that they have done this in the past without concern and that they saw the car when I scheduled the appointment. I was nice and tried negotiating with her. She said I will go speak with Tony the manager. I will rate Tony's sneer as he walked into the office at 10/10. No sneer could outdo what he presented before me. Before I could speak he told me "I don't even want to work on your car" , "the job is too hard". Why do they call work, work and not fun and games? Because it takes effort!! My suggestion is that if you want to see Tony's incredible sneer and listen to him complain about doing a job that is more than he feels like doing, then go visit. Maybe you too can get the bait and switch routine and then tell you they don't want your business because it may take some effort they aren't willing to exert that day. For all my friends I've referred to you all, I hope you read this and find another business that has a work ethic and is honest. You have done some good work for me in the past but Tony, wow what a sneer and what a lazy attitude. It's time to move on away from this business. I read reviews about cutting corners, causing damage, leaving messes...., Lazy, lazy lazy. I saw the attitude, listened to Tony the manager, and find it is time to dump this business until they step back up to what they once we're. Customers are last and Tony the manager IS the important factor at this place of business. Derryk
