    On July 22, 2022 I purchased a 2011 subaru from Cesar Santos LLC. On August 6th, 2022 just two weeks after the purchase my car began overheating on the freeway, every light on my dashboard came on within seconds while I tried to get off the freeway. My car was towed that night. Cesar Santos was able to take my car in on Thursday August 11th. I got my car back and after 10 minutes of the car being on the road it began overheating again. I took the car back to Cesar Santos. Now every time I call the Business they either hang up on me or have said “our mechanic is trying to figure out what’s wrong.” That provide me with zero information and I basically have to go to the dealership to get a crumb of information. I called today Monday August 15th, just for them to tell me that they don’t know what’s wrong but that my three month warranty might not cover the total cost. I have barely had the car for two weeks when it had ti be towed and now they want me to pay for the damages that they sold it to me with.

    I have bought a car from the Cesar Santos dealership in ***** for a 2008 ***** around the end of August, and at the beginning of September the check engine light came on and it started jerking when shifting. We brought it to the dealership to be diagnosed and repaired (because it has to go through them and their shop *******************, which they refuse to tell you and I only know because I've been tracking my car this entire time). 2-3 days later the check engine light came on and it started jerking again after they said they were unable to find a problem, I found out it was a bad Knock Sensor and told them this + gave the guy at the dealership the *** code printout since he knew virtually nothing about cars and was asking ME about them. This was Thursday the 30th of September, which is when I left him with the car with my GPS tracker in it. He immediately took it for a 3 minute test drive, and for the following 5 days the car had not moved an inch since I dropped it off and the guy was repeatedly adamant he took it to their family/friend's shop even though I have recorded calls, GPS records, and texts that show it did not move once. They also refuse to respond or answer any texts, and try to ignore as many calls as they can/and never call you back when they say they will, once they know who is calling. They have been virtually impossible to reach both times I've tried to get my car fixed through them. I've gotten my car back and will have to pay the repair myself because they deemed it's not under their 3 month engine and transmission warranty despite being a powertrain issue. The excessively lying, refusal to communicate, and manipulated reviews is disgusting. If I have to deal with them again I will only do so through an attorney. Run while you can.
