    Broken Thread Wallet Order#*********

    I purchased an elastic wallet and a wrist lanyard from Thread Wallets in the Brighton pattern on June 26th, 2023. I received my Thread Wallet order, order#*********, on June 30th, 2023. When I took this purchase out of the packaging, I noticed loose threads on the elastic wallet. When I attached the wrist lanyard to the elastic wallet the part that holds the lanyard to the wallet broke off. This happened the day I received my order. Since that day, June 30th, I've tried multiple ways to contact the company for a replacement but have not received a response. I reached out through the help section on their website. I sent the company several d.m.'s through Facebook from the companies fb page. I submitted a warranty claim through the companies website, I emailed them via the email address listed on the company website, *************************, AND I even called the owner. I have not received a response to any of these attempts to reach Thread Wallets. Typically I wouldnt file a complaint as I know these things happen, however, this companies customer service is so terrible and the company had no problem taking my money, yet will not respond to multiple messages for assistance. I just want them to make it right and I've tried very hard to give them the benefit of the doubt and plenty of time to respond. Please help BBB!!

    I bought this thru your company Christmas of 2022 she actually just started using it last week I bout her the chapstick holder, wallet, and lanyard. It’s ALL FALLING APART. This is the second batch of items I bought from your company. I have emailed I have tried to call no response!!! How disappointing she is devistated she loved this to replace the other broken one. No way these last for a year. I didn’t want to go this far but I would hope you could make something right about all of this.
