1. I did not get what I ordered - 2. I was charged 4 times more than what was published in Add. 3. I was mislead to think I am ordering something else 4. They misrepresenting & deceiving with the name of their company (they use 4 different companies) 4. I asked for a refund - they did not agree, even though that is what they were advertising. “Money back guarantee” 5. The link to the website they sent was not their website- and has an ERROR every time. (ATTACHED SCREENSHOT ) 6. On the advertisement they say 60 day money back on their response attached they say only “30 days money back 7. I requested a refund right away after 2-4 days and they did not agree. “ When I asked to return and get a refund and return what I got they said they do not refund, I can pay them 100 $ and once they will get all the 4 bottles back they will refund only half. On Sep 8 I saw an ad on FB saying KETO ULTRA CARE - try those pills for 60 days and if you do not lose weight or for any reason then you will get your money back guarantee.. it says as well - you pay for 1 bottle and you get 2 bottles. On the order it says the website is "www.indigoultrashop.com" as well on the receipt for the purchase. (attached is a screenshot of their name and 60 days' money back.) After few hours I checked my email and I saw a receipt for $197, from “luckfitness shop I did not know what is it, it was not say 4 bottles, so I saw at the end of the receipt there was a website and a phone number, I press the link of the website and nothing came up only ERROR msg (Attached is a screenshot ) I tried call the number on the email and no one answer, I was surprise that this will be what I ordered as I ordered KETO pills and I ordered 2 bottle in the price of 1, so right away I send them email asking to not send anything since I ordered only bottle for $39 dollar not for $197 (it say buy 1 get the other one for free). I purchased 3 bottles of the Keto 1500 with which I thought I was getting 3 free in May. Once the amount came through my credit card it was for $239.82. I immediately call them within mins to cancel my order. Unfortunately they would not accept that saying it's a policy to not reimburse since the order had been processed. They did say that I could use the product for 2 months and that if it didn't work that I could send the unopened bottles for a refund which I did. I sent back the unopened bottles according to their instructions in July. I received a tracking number from the Post Office to track my return, I went online and saw that my order was received by them. I called to see when my refund would be issued. They confirmed my return and said a refund would be sent shortly. To date I have not received my refund plus they are now saying they do not have my return and won't refund w/o my tracking, which i discarded since it was confirmed by them that they had it.
