I had purchased a blade that, while meeting my expectations, just didn't sit right in my hand. Silly, I know. Immature, probably so. I have to really love something to carry it everyday, especially a tool I may need to trust my life too. They understand that here at Blade HQ. I contacted them requesting a return, and they got back to me within eight hours. I received impeccable consideration and understanding. They have an outstanding customer service department.
