    I purchased a weight loss supplement last November, was told to try it for at least 30 days. I did, no results, was told to try for 2 months, I did, no results and was told again to try for another month... I tried it for 6 months with no results of what was promised. I recently tried to get some of my money back as it had a satisfaction guarantee. I was told I was past the 30 days of my first order. They continued to tell me to keep trying and buying, not saying I wouldn't be eligible for a refund after a certain period of time. They offered to give me $130 in credit for one of their products, I told them I would not be trying anything else they sell as they don't stand behind their products or their promises.

    Were sorry to hear that the Customers experience with ********************** did not meet her expectations.The Customer worked with one of our independent Affiliates, and as such, we do not have access to any private communications between them. We are not aware of what may have been discussed or promised during those conversations. That said, we sincerely apologize for any confusion or unmet expectations regarding the product.Our website clearly states that our products are designed to support weight management when used alongside balanced nutrition and exercise, and that individual results may vary.The Customer placed her first order on November 12, 2024, and her last order on January 13, 2025for a total of five orders. We were not made aware of any dissatisfaction until June 19, 2025, when she contacted our Customer Support team for the first ******* outlined in our Satisfaction Guarantee:If youre not completely satisfied with your first purchase of any product, we offer a full refund when requested within 60 days of deliveryno return required. Simply contact Customer Support, share with us why you are not satisfied and well take care of the rest.Additionally, our Product Return Policy states:You must initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.While the Customers orders do not fall within the timeframe of either policy, we extended a product credit as a gesture of goodwill and remain happy to honor that offer.We value every Customers experience and regularly review our policies and training materials to ensure they are clear, fair, and supportive. If the Customer has any further questions or would like to accept the credit, we welcome the opportunity to assist.
