- These are MothersLounge.com’s ("Mothers Lounge", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Mothers Lounge sister websites (carseatcanopy.com, uddercovers.com, sevenslings.com, nursingpillow.com, bellybuttonband.com, babyleggings.com, breastpads.com). Because of the nature of the product, we have an All Sales Final policy.We know that you will appreciate that you will be receiving a brand new never been used, product and not someone's exchange or return. In the event a return is approved, all product returns require prior approval from our customer service team. Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense. Products that will not be eligible for a return are: Any product not purchased from CarseatCanopy.com. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product. Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging. Any product that exhibits physical damage. Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebateItems that are damaged/defective upon arrival. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color), you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.We DO NOT replace with a different print than what was originally ordered.
