    We stayed at the ********** 7B in ********* and booked through Moose Management. This company doesn't show accurate pictures of their rentals, at least for this one. This place was a dump including blood stains on the pillow, food stains on the comforter, human and dog hair all over, broken tiles and broken closet door, dirty patio/deck and the place was just falling apart. But they don't show this in any of their pictures. we spent our first night with no bedding because they couldn't come change it til the next morning. A reputable company would have comped our first night for the inconvenience but not these guys. Wouldn't recommend or use them ever again. Renter beware, their management is HORRIBLE. When I filed a complaint about getting a credit they say it takes up to 30 days to hear back. I never heard anything and finally followed up with them after 30 days and they STILL hadn't looked at it. Then an hour later they denied the credit and said they were sorry for the small inconvenience. Would not recommend these guys to anyone. If I could post pictures I would but there's no where to do it.

    Were sorry to see a punitive 1-star review for such a lovely home. The photos of the home dont show what is depicted in this review as what is depicted in this review is inaccurate. Calls and messages began at check-in and lasted throughout the stay. The guest, as noted in the comment that A reputable company would have comped our first night for the inconvenience, had an agenda. The management of our homes and the services provided to our guests are top-notch and we will always address any valid issues quickly and professionally. This beautifully remodeled home is a wonderful choice for a ********* getaway as noted in multiple previous guest reviews. We look forward to continued hosting in this comfortable and convenient location with so many wonderful amenities.
