    I purchased a keyboard/case for my IPad 8th generation. The product broke within a year and the company provided me with a code to purchase a new one from them. I like the product so that worked for me but when I went to their web site, this product and all other products were out of stock and have continued to been for months.     I purchased this keyboard case for an iPad Pro on August 2nd, 2022 for $200. Within months the hinges started to break. I've completed the company's online form multiple times with no response. I have emailed support and I also have tried to call. It appears their phone has been disconnected and is no longer in service. I have purchased several Brydge keyboards before and have been very happy with them. I would like a replacement keyboard or our money back. I'm asking for a replacement or a refund.     Dear BBB: I am helping my father to submit a Warranty Claim for his Brydge keyboard. The hinge broke and it is under warranty. Below and attached is an email we sent 3/25/2023. We've had no response from Brydge and have followed up twice with them since 3/25/2023. My father purchased the keyboard. Please communicate with both of us by email as I am assisting him. ******************** and ********************** ******* **** ============================ Dear Brydge, My father ******** **** bought a Brydge Max+ for iPad Pro 12.9" on 8/28/2022. Proof of Purchase and order confirmation is below. The keyboard has cracked and broken under normal use (pictures below). It is under warranty and we’d like to submit a warranty claim. Your website says to “contact Customer Service team at ****************************." When I go to that website I see “Page Not Found.” What are next steps towards Remedy? We have seen other reports of people using this product with a similar issue. Your website says return faulty product to Brydge within 60 days. Please provide us with a warranty claim number or id and an address for the return of the product. Please address all correspondence to both of us.     Purchased a Brydge keyboard case for an iPad, model ******* from Best Buy in Burbank CA on 7/28/2022 for $110.24 including tax. After several months the right hinge broke. Reached out to support by email in January 2023 since the company phone seems disconnected. I was told the parts to repair were on back order. I was later promised a repair incentive parts came in. Took over a month to send me a call tag except they addressed it as shipping to me. The FedEx guy and I had good laugh. I replied again to support and explained I needed a shipping label addresses to THEM. No response ever since. Sent email to CEO, no response. I have had a broken product under warranty for months and unable to use. Customer support already has detailed email, pictures, receipts and more. At this point I want a refund so I can put this behind me

    I placed Order #****** on February 21, 2023. The website, stated that due to high order volumes orders placed on that date would be fulfilled at the beginning of March 2023. That is all well and good. The product was exactly what i was after and received rave reviews. However, March has come and gone and we are now into the later part of April 2023 and I still have not received the product I order or even an update on when the product would ship. I have emailed the company on several occasions to try to get an update on fulfillment of my order and have received no response. I am patient and would be willing to wait if Brydge would simply take the opportunity to communicate. The website has not been updated and still says orders will be shipped in early March. Reading through other recent complaints this seems to be a trend with this company recently. At this point, while I would still love to get the product, I don't think I as a consumer can trust that this company will resolve these communication issues. I would like to cancel my order and receive a full refund of my money.

    I purchased a Brydge keyboard from Best Buy mid-2022. It was the Brydge Brydge - 10.2 MAX+ Keyboard Case with Trackpad for iPad (9th, 8th &7th Gen) About 6 months later, the hinge broke so I contacted Brydge for a warranty repair in January 2023. I got a response, followed the instructions, and sent it in for repair. February 6th, I got a response from an employee. He said that the repairs to the keyboard were made. He asked for my address so that the repaired keyboard could be sent back to me. I responded with my address within an hour. It's now April 21st (over 2 months later) and I have neither received my keyboard, nor heard back from Brydge on anything. I've sent multiple support requests to Brydge asking for an explanation and have received no response. There's no phone number to reach them, and they won't respond to multiple emails. They essentially stole my $140 case/keyboard.

    On 1/25/23 I purchased 1x Brydge Stone Pro Thunderbolt 3 (Open Box) - Thunderbolt™ 3 from Brydge Technologies LLC. The product was not compatible with my Macbook Pro, so I contacted Brydge to initiate a return. My first email to them was 2/6/23, 2/10/23, 2/16/23 and on 2/17/23 I finally received and email response from Brydge Customer Service with return mail back instructions. I mailed the product back Via FedEX per FedEx tracking it was received by Brydge on 2/22/23 at 1:06 p.m. That was my last contact from Brydge (2/17/23) I have sent email asking from the status on 2/23/23, 3/1/23, 3/13/23 last one was 4/11/23, I have also tried call their phone number ###-###-#### no answers, or the line is busy or it goes to voicemail. My assistant has been doing all of the communications with Brydge, I have attach the email from Brydge to my assistance her name is Pamela W*****. I purchased the product under my company name *** ******** **********

    Bought a i Pad Pro 11 inch 128 GB 2021 on November 16th,2021 also bought a keyboard to go with it through Verizon Wireless in Hutchinson Kansas. On November 12th I submitted a claim to Brydge Technologies they did get back with us at first now they have the keyboard we had to send it to them it was under warranty they said they would send us a new one never received it this was months ago emailed at least 15-20 times never got response phone number doesn’t work. They have our property and will not respond to us i will include attachments please help me.

    On 12-15-22 purchased via company's website a Brydge ProDock-Thunderbolt 4 MacBook Docking Station. Purchase price was $399.99 + $26.50 NJ Sales Tax = $426.49 paid for in full via Discover credit card. Shipping was estimated to occur in "2-3 weeks." On February 6th I inquired about ship date; Kacie in customer service replied that "the window for delivery is currently mid-February." The product has not been delivered and there are no further replies from customer service.

    Hi, I purchased a Brydge Pro Dock on March 2, 2023, Order #******. It had a promise of shipping in the middle of March. I haven't received it yet. I tried reaching out to customer service several times during the month and haven't received a response. This is ridiculous as I have been waiting for a long time. To make matters worse, no one has not responded to my messages.
