Basic Principles of the Code:
The business has made advertising claims throughout their website which include statements like the following: “made in the USA,” “environmentally friendly,” “non-toxic materials,” “Mimi's Miracle Turmeric was shown to reduce joint pain and swelling by up to 94.8%... participants experienced increased mobility and reduced stiffness,” “Chromium GTF, has clinical studies showing it aids in weight loss, blood sugar management, and reduced cholesterol and triglycerides,“ “other companies fill their multivitamin with the cheapest available ingredients to fill out their supplement facts.” According to the BBB Code of Advertising, advertisements should be truthful, sincere offers to sell.
