Redx has failed to provide accurate lead sources or data for expireds. The expired leads provided were imported directly from the MLS but their Vortex system did not accurately convert the information using correct data. I crossed checked sources using the MLS, Zillow and white pages but lacked consistency. I have also, checked Zillow to verify the addresses which resulted in properties being sold 3 or 4 years ago. I managed to get a hold of 2 people and were told that their houses sold years ago as well. The Expireds are inaccurate and I have requested for a refund but was denied. I received an email this afternoon at 1:37pm EST and was advised that their software system is correct and they did not offer a refund. They're outsourced call center got very rude over the phone and exclaimed they did not care if I filed a complaint. I would like a refund back to my credit card of $16 or I will need to escalate this matter to the Utah Division of Real Estate regarding malice and predatory real estate services to working professionals.

I cancelled my account months before my pre paid period was over and they charged me again and refuse to fix the problem.

Mr. ******** was a customer of ******************** since 2015. He was very aware and familiar with our auto renewal. He had been a customer for many years under the same practices. His yearly subscription was renewed in Nov of 2022, 2023, and 2024. He called in on Dec 6th of 2024 requesting a refund after the renewal date. Even though it was after the renewal date he was familiar with from the past many years we refunded him the full amount. This customer received the refund he requested in full.

Redx advertised that they provide accurate contact information for Expired and Pre-forclosure leads. The contact information I received for leads was inaccurate. I called over 50 numbers and they were either a wrong number or disconnected. I received leads with all phone numbers marked as DNC and no email address.

Redx advertised that they scrub the MLS to provide me with leads that are not active and on the market. I received leads whose property was actively listed on the market and that were already working with an agent.

This is not the service that was advertised and it is not the service that the sales person that I spoke with over the phone told me that I would receive. I would like a refund in the amount listed due to the major inconvenience and waste of time that I have spent at this point.

The customer enrolled in a one-month subscription and subsequently canceled, which we processed promptly upon request. During her time with the service, she contacted us with concerns about relisted properties. As explained during the call, our data is updated once daily in the early morning. If a property's status changes later in the day, that update will be reflected in the next data refresh. This timing accounted for the discrepancy she experienced with the example she provided.
We strive to deliver high-quality, actionable data and have supported thousands of real estate professionals nationwide for over 22 years. The data is carefully scrubbed against the national Do Not Call (DNC) list to ensure compliance and protect our users. While many agents use this data for phone outreach, others find value in it for mailers, door knocking, social media targeting, and other prospecting strategies.
We regret that the service did not align with this customers specific prospecting methods. However, we remain confident in the quality and value of our product, which continues to serve thousands of agents successfully. In this case, since the service was delivered as described and the concerns raised were addressed appropriately, we did not find grounds to issue a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:
The answer is unacceptable and you submitted no evidence that disproves that you gave me phone numbers that are on the *** list. You prey on realtors and your business practices are unscrupulous. I do not accept your response.

    Sincerely,

Thank you for sharing your concerns. You are correct that we did not provide evidence that we supplied phone numbers listed on the Do Not Call (***) registry. Our process is to provide all available information on a property and then run it through the *** scrub. This allows our customers to clearly see if a number is on the *** list so they can avoid calling it, helping them remain fully compliant with applicable laws.
We choose not to remove these leads entirely because the information often has value for other lawful and highly effective marketing strategies. For example, many of our customers use ***-flagged data for targeted digital marketing campaigns, mailers, or other outreach methods that do not involve direct phone calls. By providing the full detailsalong with clear *** statuswe ensure our customers have the most complete picture possible for multi-channel marketing efforts while still respecting legal restrictions.
Our service has been trusted by thousands of agents nationwide for over 24 years, as shown by our strong reviews and high customer retention. We understand that our platform may not be the right fit for every agents personal marketing approach. For that reason, we are always willing to promptly cancel a subscription when a customer decides it is not the right solution for them.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you the very best in your future marketing efforts.

I am rejecting this response because: Your response misses the core issue. The ************************ (***) and ********************************* (***) make clear that numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry are not to be sold as callable leads. Simply flagging them after providing them does not cure the violation, especially when customers are paying for leads under the expectation that those leads are lawful for direct outreach.

Further, your claim that most customers use them for other marketing is irrelevant. I was sold a service for callable real estate leadsnot a list riddled with DNC-prohibited numbers. Providing DNC numbers while charging for said leads is deceptive and materially misrepresents the value of the product.
At minimum, you should not charge customers for unusable leads. Selling DNC numbers under the guise of a lead-generation product is a business practice that is misleading, non-compliant, and harmful. I requested a refund or at the least a partial refund. If your company does not want to honor that, then you can simply confirm that you stand by charging customers for unusable, non-compliant data and I will allow your response to speak for itself on the public record.

We want to clarify your concern regarding compliance with the *** and ***. The regulations prohibit calling numbers on the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, but they do not prohibit providing property ownership information that may include DNC-listed numbers. Our process is designed to identify and clearly flag those numbers so customers remain informed and compliant with the law.
It is not our intention, nor do we encourage, that customers call DNC numbers. However, this information remains highly valuable and legally used for other proven marketing strategies such as direct mail, digital campaigns, and door-knocking. Our platform includes tools for these strategies, which are clearly advertised on our website. By providing both *** and non-DNC properties, we ensure customers have the fullest set of information possible to tailor their marketing in a compliant and effective way.
We recognize our service may not align with every agents individual strategy. For this reason, we are always willing to promptly cancel a subscription when requested. That said, we stand by the fact that our product is compliant, trusted by thousands of agents nationwide, and delivers strong value across multiple marketing channels.

I am rejecting this response because: Your continued attempt to rationalize conduct that is deceptive, misleading, and unscrupulous only amplifies the harm caused to consumers. Hiding behind technical interpretations does not change the fact that your representations are materially false and injurious.

Your insistence on framing such practices as compliant does not withstand scrutiny. A business that knowingly disseminates information in a manner designed to skirt federal consumer protections undermines not only its own credibility but also the integrity of the industry as a whole.

I reject your characterization of your product and its value proposition in the strongest possible terms.

We respect your right to disagree with our position, but we must clarify once more that our service operates in full compliance with *** and FCC guidelines. Federal regulations prohibit calling numbers on the Do Not Call (***) Registry, but they do not prohibit providing property ownership information that may include such numbers. For this reason, we flag ***-listed numbers so our customers remain informed and compliant with the law.
We reject your claim of deceptive practices. On our website under the *** section, we clearly state:
"Do you cross-check with the **** Every number we provide is cross-checked against the National Do Not Call list. If the number is on the **** we flag it as such. We recommend you remain *** compliant. For more detailed information on the Do Not Call Registry, visit *****************."
We also deliver properties not on the *** list that are callable if that is your chosen strategy. We have not hidden any information from customers our policies are transparent and clearly outlined. Far from skirting laws, we intentionally follow them and encourage our customers to do the same.
We recognize that our service may not fit every agents individual strategy, which is why cancellations are always straightforward. That said, we stand by our product, which has been trusted by thousands of agents nationwide for over two decades and continues to provide strong value across multiple compliant marketing channels.

When I enrolled into the program in informed the person I wanted to try it out for the first few months and if I like it I would continue service. without my consent they enrolled me into a program than what was agreed upon and was being billed for more months when I hadn't agreed on. I requested a refund and have not been provided the refund. They want me to have usage time however I am not interested and would like my money back as soon as possible. They want me to settle in a way that benefits them not me as a client.

***** ****** signed up for our service witch is a subscription service. She received the leads that she signed up for the whole term of her service. She called in on Nov 10th two months after renewal to cancel a service that was renewed in September for the months of Sept, Oct, and Nov. At that time the REDX *** offered to extend her service for additional time for free because she stated she did not use the service. REDX can not control whether the customer uses the service or not. That is up to the customer. Our costs are the same to provide the service whether the customer uses it or not. But we always want our customers to get the value they paid for so we extended the service for additional time for free to allow the customer another chance to use the service. the customer  then cancelled the service and were not charged again. We communicated with the customer many times and feel that we went above and beyond to allow the customer to use the service they paid for.
