  Having had trouble in the past with container vendors and never receiving product, never receiving a call they were not going to show up and fighting to get money back!!,,, I was then very apprehensive pursuing containers with another company, but saw Gorilla Box add in KSL classifieds and appeared to be a very honest write up! So called and what I found was Very positively refreshing working with Gorilla Box!! I give them a Five Star A#1 rating!! They were very responsive to my inquiries, sent pics of unit similar to what I was getting, (40 foot high cube one trip) prices was very fair and competitive, I purchased 3 of the units based on honest conversation and everything said was very honest and upfront ! Once ordered the scheduling logistics person made very timely contact and arranged a mutually agreeable delivery schedule! On one delivery due issues they had to reschedule and contacted me several days ahead to reschedule another mutually agreeable time. Once I received the container it was everything it was stated to be and lived up by far to the pictures that were provided when purchasing!! This type of service and communication and honesty is what I appreciate and demonstrates the high integrity of the company! I will recommend them to all my friends and associates and anyone else I talk too in the future and will use them again myself in the future. A quality honest respectable container company you can trust!!

  Awesome Experience! ***** was very helpful and did what he said he would do. I received a fair price and great service. ***** scheduled my delivery and gave great instruction for the driver. **** who was the delivery driver was kind and helpful. He placed my box right where I wanted it, which was not easy. I will use Gorilla Box in the future and so will my friends and family. Thank you *****, *****, **** and crew.

  Purchased a 40'HC and had it delivered to the site. Had concerns with it being able to be delivered, due to 4" of new snow the day before. Luckly the snow melted, and the next morning was a beautiful day. They showed up on time and had great communication with me. The ground was still a little wet and the pad I had made was smaller than they told me to make. With some great backing maneuverability, the owner/driver (*****) put it on the gravel pad and within 3" of where I wanted it. Inspected container and the condition of it. It was a weather tight unit, and the doors open and closed good. We used a tractor loader to move the backend 3" to get it just right. This is my first container, and the next one will be with Gorilla Box again. Thanks again for a Great Job!

  Bought a Gorilla box in ***************** was fantastic until I picked it up. I found some holes ofter removing the decals from the container which I chose to weld the hole closed. My last conversation I had, I was told they were working on getting me a seal for the doors. (this was over a month ago at this point). Warranty is a joke. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY. There are many other options to go through.

  Thanks for the review, but you should probably tell the entire story! You failed to mention that you chose to pick up the container and as such, it was your responsibility to inspect the container for holes, seals and weathertight condition.Our warranty is very clear, you must take pics of the container YOU chose to leave with, as well as complete an inspection form that was included in your paperwork. You also agreed to the terms and conditions prior to paying for the container.Once you left with the container YOU chose, you were told prior to leaving that should you fail to properly inspect the container, provide the required pics, and provide the inspection report signed by you, the warranty is void.We stand behind our product and our warranty, however how am I supposed to know that this is in fact a unit you purchased from us, or from someone else? The container you chose to leave with , if its not weathertight, is your issue due to you not following basic pick-up instructions. We did indicate that we wanted to work with you and that we would order another seal - which we did. Its been back ordered, which was communicated to you.Our warranty is specific and comprehensive, however the way you chose to follow our basic instructions simply voids any warranty.

  Gorilla Box was so responsive to all of my questions and concerns. From my initial inquiry to the delivery of my containers - and even afterwards I was contacted to make sure my experience was amazing.If anyone is considering working with this group of professionals, I highly recommend them. I was a bit concerned when I read a few unfavorable reviews on here but the owner explained each sufficiently that I decided to trust Gorilla Box (formerly Cobra Container). Their name change was just that, a name change. Nothing else changed which I was grateful for.Trust me when I tell you that there is nobody better in the shipping container industry - I know! I have purchased literally ****** of these over the years and never have I worked with a more professional and kind team of individuals.If I could give 10 stars, I would!

  I ordered and paid for a 40' container. Cobra wasn't the least expensive, but they sold me over the phone. Spoke with 3 different ladies (all very nice) more than once each and made sure they put in the notes that the driver absolutely had to have 4 wheel drive. I have it in writing that it was put on the paperwork, so I know without a doubt that they as well as the driver knew, as he apologized when he got there that the 4wd was having issues and wasn't working, before I mentioned anything about it. I then found out that their "5 yr leak warranty" is a complete joke. If your container leaks, they mail you a patch kit... I then talked to ****, who told me that their policy states that they will deliver the container where they feel comfortable with. I explained to him that the driver left it on my neighbor's property, and that based on what he (****) was telling me, that the driver could've pulled over and dropped it off 10 miles outside of the hub he picked it up from and they would've been covered... He said "absolutely!" That conversation was verbatim. You can do what you'd like, but I've purchased multiple of these containers and won't do business with them again. I was more looking for an acknowledgement on their behalf, an "I apologize, we screwed up" really, as I didn't expect to get any money for the cost of finishing the job. Instead though, it was a "our policy is our policy, it doesn't matter if you had us agree to anything, our lawyers wrote our policy". For what it's worth, hope this helps someone.

  ***** - from the beginning, we provided all of the detailed information for the delivery requirements, and your responsibilities as a customer to ensure your delivery location is accessible and that our drivers are able to safely access the location without compromising their safety or the safety of their equipment.We have recorded conversations alone with numerous text and email messages that indicated you understood our terms as well as that you would have the equipment on site that could get the container the rest of the way up the hill, should our driver determine he could not safely navigate your spot.Upon communicating with you over the phone, you then tried to work me on price for another container, which I agreed to your terms of giving it to you at my cost due to your complaint, even if unwarranted. We tried working with you regarding your location, your assertion that your container was leaking, yet you could not provide pictures to support your claim, and then even tried working with you on price to make it right. None of these seemed to be satisfactory for you. The patch kit is clearly stated in our warranty details, and is a solid solution for minor leaks that can arise over time. Its a patch specifically designed for shipping containers.We strive to work with each customer, each situation, and each circumstance, to do the right thing and to ensure our customers are pleased with their purchase. In some cases, it becomes obvious that individuals are seeking to take advantage and in those rare situations, we stand behind our terms and conditions. We always set the correct expectations up front, clearly and concisely so there are no misunderstandings. In your case, we followed every step precisely and its important potential future customers understand the other side of the situation.
