      They have not resolved any of my problems with pest, the guy that came over to my house did not spray any of my rooms when he was here I still have insects. I called because they left my side door open my dogs ran away, I called and filed a complaint. They didn't care what I had to say they said I still had to pay. I am not on a contract. I tried cancelling because everything they said has not been done. I paid for 3 months of nothing and they still don't want to take care of the customer when their employees, are not following protocols. They show up to my house when I have asked them to call me and schedule appts so I can be home because of the dog situation that happened previously. I need someone to call me and be removed from their databases. This is ridiculous. This has been a damage to my whole family. You had a duty to reasonably protect my property and pets while providing your services and you didn't. I have called many times and have not gotten anywhere they don't care what I have to say and they argue with you and scream at you.

      Terrible customer service! **** is awful! Told me I have screenshots from your husband and will not close the account until I speak to him and hung up on me! Then he tried charging me closing fees for a service I NEVER signed for even after I told him I have my sercurity camera footage of myself telling them I didnt sign and turning them away! Safe to say I ended my services that day!

      My Father and I hired Brooks Pest Control August 2024 . Since December 2024 my father has documented only receiving service TWICE for pest control. Over the past months until March 2025 Brooks Pest Control has continued to billed my father AND myself for late fees $25-50 a month on a *********** credit card. Additionally the company charged my fathers credit card without his knowledge and never returned the money in a dispute!In total $299 stating late feesMy father is a 74 yr old man and given the runaround by calling their "customer service" The continue harassment of late charges even when my father sent an additional $70 to settle the late fee supposedly were not settled...please look at Yelp and ****** NEGATIVE comments regarding Brooks Pest Control.03/31/2025 Received a TEXT message for LATE FEE Payment

      This company is terrible. They scam you into "signing" a contract by asking for checking acct info. They told me I signed a 1 yr contract which i did not. I signed for 1 treatment. I was later sent an email with a contract in it when I tried to cancel the following visit. The contract stated service was done every 2 ****. Who pays mthly for service provided every 2 mths? That's ridiculous. When they 1st came to discuss service, I asked about specific bugs to treat at a tree & the products used since I have pets, young children & a garden area. Said they could treat with products that were safe for us, yet the day they came for service, they said whoever said that was wrong. My 1st visit was awful. No spider webs, spiders or any pest for that matter were removed. When I went out later that day, I saw webs/spiders e'where, not just the windows, but the doors. I called to cancel my next appointment when the job was not done correctly. They said they would send someone and they had a "pest free guarantee". Pest free my ****. I tried to work with them. They told me I had to pay extra to remove pests that had not been treated the previous visit. Are you kidding. You can't do your ******** have to pay more to get the agreed upon service of "removing pests"? We as customers have to tell you, the pest ********************** business, the name of each pest we want Eradicated? I asked to terminate service & was given the run around about signing a contract, which I did not. I did sign to pay for the 1st visit. When I finally got them to agree to terminate the service, I was hit with a hefty termination fee of $250 then sent to collections because I was not able to pay the $250. The monthly pmt also piled up because I was under the impression pmts would stop when i said cancel & they didn't. This company is a fraud & completely untrustworthy. My neighbors had the same issues. Please, someone, close the company down. They are scamming money off of people who can barely afford to live.

      I enlisted the help of this company to eradicate mice. They assured me that the had state of the arts strategies and materials. They said they did not use things, such as those at *******. When they came, they used the SAME things that I had bought from *******: a Vectore mouse trap and glue strips. I cancelled their service in *********** January, I came home from work, and there was a doortag on my door, saying they had serviced my home. Obviously, this was a lie because, no one was at home. A serviceman texted me that night, asking for $125, for a service they never did. Now I am getting harassing calls and texts from them every week, demanding $150; they added a late fee.This company is unethical. They are trying to run a scam. Please do not do business with them.

      DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. They will juice out all they can to get the money out of you. I signed up for their trial run **** cancelled the same month. 3 Months later I get another charge in my account so I call to ask them why when i cancelled it back in September. The Account manager stated they would waive the fee and take care of it, no problem. To my surprise that same day I was charged not one but 2 $129 transactions, Fast forward to January/February, my bank declines it because Brooks provided proof that I had no cancellation proof. How would there be one if they didn't cancel it? So now I have already lost $129. I then receive an email from Brooks stating to change my payment method because they tried debiting my account for $35 It was very frustrating and complicated. They do not make it easy.

      Sales representatives will mislead you into believing that canceling is simple and free. But the truth is, they continue to charge even after you cancel. Even I told them I moved out of **********, they still asked me to pay.

      Brooks Pest Control takes advantage of seniors! One of their **** stopped by to say they had a "deal" since they were going to be working in my neighborhood. I could pay a low fee for the first service and could CANCEL AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PENALTY if I did not want to continue with their service contract. Their tech did a horrible job spraying so much pesticide on my floors that I had to wipe this mess up. Ants came back the next day too. I called to cancel this service, but Brooks refuses to refund me $271 which is their EXHORBITANT CANCELLATION FEE even though I called within 3 days to cancel their services. They denied I called & ignored many emails. Their Account Mgrs. don't even try to appease a customer or work with you to resolve issues. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!! I see why they have so many similar complaints. I will files a complaint with CA.s ***** of Consumer Affairs now & suggest everyone who has a complaint against them do so too. I would give zero stars if I could.

      Scam. I had a one time service and canceled. They continue to harass me with constant phone calls and texts. I paid for the service and they continue to bill me and threaten to send me to collections.

      IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NO STARS I WOULD. THEIR VERY PERSISTENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR ONE DAY AND I TOLD HER I COULD NOT AFFORD THE SERVICE. SHE PROMISED ME A DISCOUNT THAT SOUNDED APPEALING. SHE SAID SHE WOULD DO ***** BI MONTHLY, SO I AGREED TO THAT. COME TO FIND OUT, AFTER READING MY STATEMENT, THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME ***** A MONTH AND NOT BIMONTHLY. I SPOKE TO THE ACCOUNT MANAGER AND EXPLAINED THAT I CANT KEEP THE SERVICE AT THAT PRICE, AND I DIDN'T KNOW I WAS PAYING THAT PRICE, AND THAT I WANTED TO CANCEL *** BE EFUNDED. HE THREATENED TO CHARGE ME A ****** CANCELATION AND ALSO TRIED TO FORCE ME TO KEEP THE SERVICE TO AVOID THIS FEE. EVEN I TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD AND CANCEL SEVERAL TIMES HE STILL TRIED TO FORCE ME TO AGREE TO KEEP THE SERVICE! AFTER I STAYED CONSISTENT ABOUT CANCELING, HE CHARGED MY CARD RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT AND THEN TOLD ME HE JUST CHARGED MY CARD ******. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!! THEY ARE VULTURES.
