      I brought my vehicle to this Jiffy Lube (9045 S **********************) for what should have been a routine emissions test and oil change. Instead, I endured six days of repeated mistakes, over 8 hours wasted in their waiting room, and thousands of dollars in damage. During this time, their technician while trying to change my O2 sensor, which he claimed was "1h easy job", broke my brake line, damaged the *** sensor, and stripped the O2 sensor. Each day I was given excuses or false assurances, but no resolution.The most alarming incident was when they released my vehicle claiming the brakes were fixed when in fact they had not been properly bled. I realized this while driving home with my child in the car. The brakes barely worked, and it took nearly 20 feet to stop at just 20 mph. This was not only negligent but extremely ************ the end, I had to take my vehicle to a certified mechanic, who confirmed the damage and charged me over $2,500 to repair it. I wrote a detailed letter to Lube Management Corporations president requesting reimbursement, but I never received a response. Based on my experience, this Jiffy Lube location cannot be trusted to perform safe, honest, or competent service.
