    I am rejecting this response because: Because of this law firm's error, we were unable to file our annual report. Now that we are finally able to file, we will have to pay a hefty penalty for being late. At a minimum I should not have to pay for this penalty. I am still not okay with the tens of thousands of dollars we lost in business opportunities due to this error.

    Dear Mr. ****,
    We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for any disruption this caused.
    This situation arose due to an unfortunate administrative error in which your LLC, which shares a very similar name to one of our client’s entities, and was mistakenly included in a dissolution request. We manage thousands of entities across the country, and while this is the first time an issue like this has occurred, we take full responsibility for the error.
    As of the date you submitted this complaint, the entity had already been reinstated by the State of Florida, with a reinstatement date effective May 30, 2025. If you have not already received confirmation, we are happy to provide documentation reflecting the reinstatement.
    Please let us know if there is anything further that appears out of order—we are committed to making sure everything is corrected and that your business can continue operating without further issue.

     Dear Dr. *******,

    We’re sorry to hear about your frustrations and want to clarify a few important details.

    We did have to reschedule your first appointment with one of our tax attorneys, ****, due to her being out sick. We communicated this to you first thing that morning, hours before your appointment. You missed the next appointment because you were running late getting home from the clinic, which is totally understandable. We did get that rescheduled a third time and held a full tax strategy appointment with *******, another one of our tax attorneys, in March 2024.

    To prepare for that meeting, our tax team reviewed your submitted tax returns, organized your file, and tailored a strategy specific to your situation. You should have a record of that conversation, including the confidential details reviewed. We were in the process of reaching out to your accountant to help implement adjustments, and from our side, the main holdup appeared to be coordinating that connection.

    To say we “lied” about delivering value doesn’t reflect the time and effort that went into the work we did. However, if you did not get the tax savings completed, it means we fell short even if there were troubles getting your accountant on the line. We remain very confident that if we’re able to finally bring your accountant into the conversation, we can help you save far more in taxes than the cost of your enrollment.

    While we understand that the delays have been frustrating, we’re committed to helping you and would be glad to pick things back up so long as you're open to it.     I went to a Legally mine business presentation back in 2014, paid $5000.00 and they continued to bill me monthy premiums on top of that to my credit card which I noticed. Nothing they promised was delivered. NOTHING. No one bothered to call and follow up. That was without ANY Services -- without making any LLC or any estate plan. No one contacted me. I waited and waited. I asked my money back no response. They said they cannot do anything unless I have the premium plans. This is a SCAM. please do not get get caught to this.

    After carefully reviewing your account, our records indicate that we held 4-5 appointments with you in the first 6 months after becoming a client. During this time, we provided tax strategies designed to offer significant value surely exceeding the cost of the program. Our policies allow for a refund if the implemented strategies or entity blueprint did not save you more than the $5,000 or created too great of a time or risk burden. However, our records show that you discontinued the service in *************************************************************************************************** blueprint setup. From late 2013 to early 2014, we made numerous attempts via phone and email to schedule times to meet and fulfill our services for your estate planning and asset protection, with a record of 10 missed attempts to reach you.

    Given the significant time that has passed and our documented efforts to assist you, we believe we have fulfilled our service commitments as per the contractual terms. However, we are still committed to addressing your concerns and are open to discussing this matter further to find an amicable solution.
