5 starsFrom start to finish Trajector Disability took control of the difficult task of helping me with my disability claim. I could have never done this on my own. They kept me informed and let me know if something was needed that I could provide, they answered all my questions in a timely and complete manner, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. 1 starDo some research, I wish I had done more. I'n my case which is still not comple 2 years later, they appear to be overwhelmed, if they answer the phone. No one knows anything about your case until they review notes. Nothing was done they said, paperwork not filed, deadlines missed. After over a year of them saying my appeal was filed, I was finally able to get someone on the phone that realized it was not filed. I had to tell them initially it was denied, they did not know. Now, they have been paid, I am unable to reach anyone there, my claim is not done,Trajector Disability, LLC

We understand your frustration and how you want SSA to work faster. We agree, and we're trying to work with you on this. 5 starsWas well worth the wait after 4 denials we won. I was able to call Trajector quite often to check status and they were very helpful and friendly. I will always tell ppl to get an **** before even starting a disability application or you are on your own and its very difficult to do and understand.. Thanks so much guys for all u did for me in my difficult situation.Trajector Disability, LLC

5 starsMy case manager ***** stayed in touch with me and always responded anytime I contacted him in a timely manner. We had a hearing with a AWL judge and I was a nervous wreck and he assured me everything would be fine and it was. Thank you ***** and the rest of the staff.
