      Elevate Home Warranty, LLC, denied my claim and refused to fix the issue with my refrigerator claiming that it was due to lack of maintenance, when asked to provide a manual that states the required maintenance I was told to watch a ******* video, so I contacted the manufacturer of the refrigerator and received a copy of the owners manual. In the manual there was nothing requiring the owner to remove the cover plate to clean the coils. I am not sure when and how a ******* video became a reliable source of information and upkeep.

      There are a ton of home warranty companies out there! Do not use Elevate! I just bought a new house and my $2800 refrigerator died. They referred me to 2 separate companies that both told me the ******* refrigerator could not be fixed (since they no longer manufacture the parts for this model) and needed to be replaced. What does Elevate do? They reach out to one of the companies and say if we can find the parts would you fix it - instead of replacing it. They get a company to agree. Now its already been 6 days without a refrigerator and they email me to let me know the parts will be received by Elevate in 8 days and then after that they can schedule a service appointment. So basically our family has been without a refrigerator for over 2 weeks and who knows how long it will take to schedule the company to come out and fix it. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. I wish I knew how awful Elevate was before I bought the policy. Completely Worthless.

      Beware of this company! We purchased a premium home warranty package for peace of mind. What we got was inexperienced, unlicensed, unprofessional work that caused significant damage to our home. The damage was caused in June and they won't return our calls. They say we should file a claim under homeowner's insurance for the damage they caused by hiring an unlicensed and uninsured contractor to perform work at our home. They ended up flooding our basement, causing more than $5,000 in damage. Their negligence caused this damage and stress, and now they refuse to take responsibility to fix it. ***** has lied to us stating that the contractor was licensed and insured, but provided no proof of insurance and when we searched the contractor on the Secretary of State website, their license is expired! How could they hire someone that was not licensed in the state of ****?! Due to their negligence, our home was flooded and they will not cover the damage, even though they sent the damage restoration expert and the estimates are reasonable. We rent our basement for extra income and now we are losing money waiting months to have it repaired, which they keep refusing to cover the cost.

      I reached out to confirm account was not set on auto renew, they confirmed in writing it was not, and it did end up being set for auto renew.

      Received an elevate subscription with the purchase of our new home. Had a leak from a backflow valve for the sprinklers. Called Elevate. The technician they sent out said that the backflow was not covered and charged us $2900 labor to remove a large **** from the flower bed and then $1000 for the new backflow valve part. Fast forward to this spring and it is leaking again. Called two sprinkler people. Both said that the valve actually should be above ground and shouldnt have been replaced in the ground due to code. Price is $800 or $1000 to move it above ground and put in a brand new valve. I spent almost $4000 with Elevates person and I can get a new one, above the ground, for $800! I know there was a large **** that was removed, but a $3000 difference due to the large **** in the flower bed is excessive. I contacted Elevate and they gave no resolution except they valued my feedback.If you go with Elevate, get quotes from other companies before getting any repairs done through them. You may find more reputable companies will perform the work for cheaper. The price of the home warranty is also about 50 percent higher than larger national companies.

      Very poor customer service. Left us without a fridge/freezer for almost a full week before a service repair company responded to fix ****** leaving two senior citizens over 80 without a way to refrigerate milk or anything. Lost tons of food items that did not get covered. Very disappointing as Elevate has performed well for the past two years. Took multiple calls and complaints to get technician to our home. Once technician arrived service was the best.

On September 1st, the day the request was initiated, per your request we promptly contacted several contractors in your area to secure the earliest available appointment. However, it's important to note that appliance contractors typically do not operate on weekends, and the soonest availability we could find was for the following Tuesday, Sept 5.


      Initially, our contractor offered Tuesday as the earliest appointment date, but unfortunately, the proposed timeframe was not accepted. Instead, you expressed the intention to purchase a new refrigerator if service couldn't be provided that same day. Consequently, the contractor released the Tuesday slot to accommodate another appointment.


      On September 6th, we responded to your weekend message and reached out to the contractor. Their earliest available slot was Friday, the 8th. However, we received a call from another contractor who could perform the service on the same day, September 6th. We swiftly transferred the request to this new contractor, and they successfully completed the job on 9/6/23.

      We understand the inconvenience you experienced during this process and the unfortunate loss of food items. While we aim to provide timely service, it's important to consider the initial appointment offering that was available. We appreciate your feedback, and we will continue to work on improving our processes to ensure a more efficient and reliable experience for our valued customers. If you have any further concerns or if there's anything else we can do to address your needs, please don't hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.

      I have been using Elevate for over two years and have been very pleased with the service we have received. The individual technicians who have come to our home have been professional and helpful. It has been great to have one number to call and know that help will arrive soon.
