  ******* Jamis, and ****** installed a new furnace, AC, and QuietCool unit. They were very professional, and did an amazing job. They walked me through everything that they would do. And when everything was completed, they walked me through again including how to use and maintain the equipment. They let me know what the next steps would be with permitting and that there will be another check by a senior installer to make sure everything was done correctly. They left everything clean when they left.

  Any Hour Services Had them out to replace my AC system, within 3 days have had them out 3 times to work on it under warranty and to top things off they ran the lines to low so now I can't access my storage as the door hits the lines.I just feel that they only care about the money and not quality.I just want things fixed correctly or refund my money and I'll go elsewhere.***** *****

  Their prices were very fair, and the team members that helped replace my HVAC system were very professional and courteous to me and my family. They were amazing in their products and services. I highly recommend them.

  Once again, Any Hour Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air has impressed me with their service. I was. very pleased with how knowledgeable their Technician, ***** *****, was; and really impressed with his fantastic customer service. It is so nice to be able to deal with people like *****. He was so good at helping me understand my system better, how I can get improved performance, and lengthen the life of the system. Ive been pleased with every experience Ive had with Any Hour and their technicians. Theyve all been great, and ***** is a perfect example of the quality service you receive from Any Hour.

  The technician did repairs that did not fix the problem and the company would not credit us for a refund. Took over 4 months for them to get us an answer. Had to call over 16 times and email about 5 even to get them to call us and get an answer. The company would not give us the phone number of the person we needed to talk to, so we had to wait and rely on him to get back to us. He did not call us until we called in numerous times. If a business does a repair that does not fix the problem, the fee should be refunded.

  Our service man named **** was very friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and checked out both our furnace and air conditioner. Over the years we have dealt with numerous service people and he was by far one of the best we have worked with.
