    On June 22 2022, my husband and I started our autotomotive buisness in **********. We wanted to allow our customers to pay ** by using multiple forms of payment and was in seach of a *** dervice to accept cedit cards. I found National Processing and was impressed with what they had to offer and they had had low processing fees. My husband and I signed the agreement, but we have never received the *** device. I have called the 800 number and was told that I would be receiving a call back from my ******** called me back and assured me that I would be receiving a *** dervice in a couple of days and still no *** dervice. I am being charged a monthly fee every month for nothing. I am requesting for my account to be cancelled and for my monthly fees refunded immediately.
