    Getoutpass is unethical. They know they are unethical and they choose to continue. So slimy and scammy, with no actual customer service.Nearly a decade of purchasing and it's not the glitchy interface, or that every year there are more blackout dates, or the way venues just disappear without warning or explanation. All that is fine, it's the overcharging and lack of ethics.They have no phone number, only text through the website, and email. These options both take considerable time. Not ideal for family fun, but that is the smallest problem here.This month, I noticed that my credit card is higher than typical. Looking further, I see that on the day I was trying to access that venue, GETOUTPASS has charged me for two annual passes...and then a third?! That doesn't make any sense, especially because I had already bought our two passes during the black Friday sale the previous November on my OTHER credit card. Strange, I think, but no problem, I'll just email them and they'll correct their mistake, right? Not so, they email me back saying those charges are legit. Also, it is clear they did not actually read my email! I'm so glad they didn't, because it helped me discover that the problem is MUCH bigger than I initially thought. I decided to make it easier for them, take a screenshot, and explain again. Just for fun, I searched two years for getoutpass ***********!!2025: 2 charges (3 passes) = $314.85 2024: 3 charges for 5 passes = $519.75 2023 (: 2 charges for 3 passes = $329.85 Important Notes:~I only buy 2 per year--on my OTHER card ~each email address is allowed 1 account, so everything is in one place ~there is a "subscription" option that I opted out of many years ago ~NEVER have I received more passes, extra entries, an email, NO indication of the EXTRA $1164.55 (just 24 months of 1 card!) Now I'm off to do a FULL audit-both cards-all 9 years!

    This company doesn't give you a way to delete your account, you can only turn off auto renewal. I turned it off and they turned it back on!! When you turn off auto renewal they also don't send you any email verification that it was ever turned off! I had to cancel the card I had linked to my account and get a whole new credit card just to keep from getting scammed by this company. When I contacted my credit card for fraud they denied the claim because I couldn't provide proof of cancellation (which this company doesn't provide).

    This company prominently advertised that you would receive tickets to a ************** game with purchase of a pass. But immediately after I purchased the pass in May 2024 (which was early in the *** season), the option to redeem *** tickets disappeared. I contacted customer service and they said they had not received "codes" from *** and were requesting more. The company obviously only obtained a small number of "codes" and sold thousands more passes than it was able to actuallly provide *** tickets for. Soon after this they actually removed the *** tickets from the app, which was after me and many others had already spent hundreds of dollars on these Get Out passes! To make matters worse, I spoke with a company representative in June and was told they would provide me with *** tickets to a specific game to honor their advertised promise. But I received nothing, and the company ghosted me when I tried to follow up! I am still trying to contact their customer service to get tickets but they repeat the same ridiculous story that they are trying to get more codes from ***. I've asked them to simply buy tickets to honor their promise (tickets are available), and as of yet they won't do that. Ridiculous company. Baits you in and then refuses to honor their promises. Also, most of the deals are only available at certain limited times and its a hassle to redeem. Never going to buy this again.

    *****, we have RSL ticket availability for this Wednesday's game! Go on our app and get your tickets now. We apologize for your experience. Sadly since RSL has limited seating and they are having a great season it has been harder to get tickets. We are trying our best to communicate that on our website.

    When I was stupid and didn't read the words in front of me redeeming a pass before I was even there, the customer support reversed my pass so I could still go. I wanted to give them a good review here because when I read these i felt iffy but it definitely works

    GetOutPass.com posted my company's website on their listing without contacting me or getting my consent. I have reached out via email, text, and chat. No one has responded. I only got two automated responses via email on 1/4/2024. I have people coming in redeeming games and I have no idea what this company is or how they listed my company's website without my permission.

    Be careful when you purchase this. It was gifted to me by a family member and when I registered my account to start using it, I got put into auto renewal. 3 years later I noted the annual charge. They only were willing to budge on the current charge even though I clearly haven't used this pass since the original year.

    We are so sorry for your experience. The GetOutPass is a subscription base model so once it finishes the year it renews like a lot of other companies.
