This company charges $300/year for tech service to members, which is way above other companies for the same services, and when you call or email them they NEVER respond! Their website has 2 different numbers offered but the phone message always says they are closed. No one responds to the email requests for service. To make matters worse, they require a credit card on file for auto renewal each year. I need to cancel my existing membership before they charge my credit card again and now cant get a response from them to do so. This is a scam, don't sign up!!Review from Yolanda B

This has to be the most trifling, unprofessional, and crass experience. This is my third reschedule. The first time the delivery truck broke down. This was no problem except it took Best Buy nearly a week to reschedule my delivery. Today, I took off from work where the installers arrived, but the delivery never showed or called. When I called, I was told my delivery was never transferred to the warehouse where I was given yet another delivery and installation date. Overall unprofessional from beginning to end. No communication, absolutely no service, and zero follow-up.Review from Rch I

Scam artists targeting elderly people and home computer users. They charge crazy fees for supposed computer work that they may or may not actually do. They charge a credit card but did not actually do the work!These people need to be investigated for fraud.
