            Bledntec has had to replace my blender twice -whichI am thankful for. I received the replacement around October 2023 when they replaced it, they refused to replace the jar. just replaced the motor base..realized 3 months later with he refurbished unit I have that it is producing black particels all over the outside base of the blender. I am being otld over the phone and by email that this is now "normal" and they cahnged their jar base so that it will now do this to all of their blenders does not make sense. My brother has blendtec where this issue is NOT occurring. They refuse to replace the jar or troubleshoot the issue was told by amanger On Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 09:37:32 p.m. EST, Customer Support wrote: Hi *****, The fine dust is common. It is possible that your brothers jar was manufactured at a time we used different materials. I am positive there is no issue with your Blendtec jar. You are under warranty and if there is an issue, we will take care of it. I am positive your blender jar is fine. I have consulted with our engineering team multiple times regarding this.             I received a promotional coupon through Blendtec direct. I went to use the coupon and it did not work. I called customer service and spoke to a representative. The person told me they would get back to me after asking a supervisor for permission to use the coupon. I heard nothing back after a few days. I even called numerous times. Finally after two days a representative finally got hold of a supervisor that approved the coupon. Great, Right! No, it took two weeks for my item to arrive. Okay Great again, No! I opened up the box and there was no jar. I called Blendtec back and got a lousy agent that told me I had to wait in line for another two weeks to get the jar. I asked if they can expedite the shipping or If I can talk to a manager. I was declined both options. I was even told that I am being unreasonable to ask for anything else. Awful **************** expereince.
