    I purchased a product from this business in November 2019. Through the order they had my phone number and email address. For the past 5 years they have not stopped spamming me with their marketing. I was able to get off their email list but they keep sending me promotional text messages to my personal phone number. I’ve tried blocking them but they change the number from which they send the message. I tried calling them to remove myself but they don’t answer the phone. This is the worst most unbridled harassment I’ve ever received from a business. Please make it stop.

    I purchased a blanket from Electrothreads.com on July 5, 2023 and my credit card was charged $139.16 on July 6, 2023. My item was not shipped and as of today, August 3, 2023 I have still not received my item. I emailed electrothreads requesting my item be shipped asap or a full refund of $139.16. I received a response from the company stating they would "look in to it." I emailed the company again on August 2, 2023 requesting a refund since I had not received an update from the previous email in a week. Electrothreads is no longer responding to my emails, I do not have the item, and this company fraudulently took my money.

    I order a blanket on 6/6 and never got the order. I put in all the correct information on order ********. I reached out to them through email at least seven different times through email and tried to call left several voicemails. Nobody from that company. Electro Threads has contacted me at all reimburse me or told me where my packages and why it never came here I need this looked into or I will be calling my bank to get the money back on my card and I guess I’ll never received my product. Their customer service is horrible.
