    I purchased a vehicle from the establishment months ago that was inspected by a third party vendor. After the purchase of the vehicle I had almost immediate problems with safety items related to safe operation of a vehicle on city and state roads. Headlights were defective causing unsafe driving conditions. Brake system problems resulting in loss of brake control, bolts missing from truck bed connecting to body frame resulting in increased risk of serious injury in accident. Catalytic converter failure resulting in loss of power. Business refuses to work with me and said I need to ship vehicle to Utah to have work done at half price. Independent shop quoted saying “experienced issues are in result of a collision not caused by customer” I request that business respond by issuing money back for repairs to vehicle not caused by me or accept return of vehicle for alternate vehicle of same value. Supporting documentation will be supplied at business request.

    I bought the car on July 5, 2023. I replaced the steering pump, timing chain cover, tie rods, ball bearing, knuckle for the front right tire, and a seal on the transmission that were all leaking. This vehicle was not in safe condition when they sold it to me. Their solution was to top off the leaking fluids, not offer a warranty, and let me deal with the problem. I am $5,000 deep in repairs. This is over the $12,500 I spent in the vehicle. They need to refund me the difference for selling a faulty vehicle. Had they told me all of this was wrong, I wouldn't have bought this.

    I purchased a car and an extended warranty through NexGen motors in September of 2022. They insisted that this warranty which is through AUTTO would cover pretty much any repair needed on the car. Fast forward to January 2023-March 2023 and my car has been in and out of the shop with issues. The warranty they pushed me to buy didn’t cover one problem that my car had. I’ve had multiple sources tell me that I can request a refund of my money and cancel the warranty through the dealership. I’ve asked them to do this and they refuse. They say it isn’t possible. They just don’t want to lose out on their commissions they made for selling me the warranty.
