      After I checked in I went to my "glamping tent" the single box fan was off and all the windows were closed, it was 112 degrees outside. I went back to the front desk and explained that the way they had set the tent up had made it entirely too hot to habitate safely. I attempted to rent another cabin/space. They were "unable to move me". As I felt it was unsafe to stay in a room easily over 120 degrees we left unable to be accommodated. Management never called or contacted me regarding my concerns despite the fact that since leaving 24 hours ago I left several messages. I got only an email stating they were charing me $215 when my room was only $59 a night for 4 nights. The unsafe conditions established in that tent should not be given to anyone attempting to camp there. I am from South ******* and have camped since childhood. Overheating is a serious issue in these temperatures and the front desk and management was completely dismissive regarding our safety concerns. I don't believe this place is safe for anyone to camp at considering the lack of knowledge I saw in place. This needs to be addressed with training and sympathy. Not the aggressive display of concern for capitalism that I have been met with. Very upsetting.
