- Additional Info:Check Cash Advance has recently become a victim of a phishing scam in which consumers are being contacted by individuals claiming to be with the company. Consumers are asked to send money via wire transfer (Western Union or Moneygram) in order to "secure" a loan with the company. These individuals are not affiliated with Check Cash Advance whatsoever and appear to be located in Pakistan. Check Cash Advance only secures loans on a one-one-one basis in their office; nothing is done online. Check Cash Advance has already reported this scam to the Murray Police Department and urges consumers who have become involved in this scam to contact their local police department as well.
