      We started a business back in 2019 and were referred to this company. They helped get our LLC started and set us up with a CPA. They've been automatically debiting our account monthly for the last 5 years. No issues until this year when they merged with another company and didn't inform us. When I attempted to submit my tax documents to them, they were nowhere to be found. We've emailed them and called them without any correspondence from them. They are still debiting money from our account and we had to hire a different tax company so our business taxes got filed on time.

      In May 2023 I started an LLC. I was referred to them by someone to use as a registered agent. They charge 9.95 each month for their services and deduct from my bank account. In November of **************************************************************************** what I needed to do. I made the change on my own then emailed them the completed change from the Secretary of State on 2/22/24. They didnt respond. I was then charged their $9.95 fee on Sunday 2/25. I emailed them again that day after seeing the charge they didnt respond. I emailed them on 2/27/24 still no response. I called them on 2/28 and was on hold for 20 minutes then told to leave a message but they did not return my call. I called the last time on 2/29/24 and the recording said it was after hours but was during the day. They clearly have no intention on responding.

      I entered into business with Prime Corporate Services excited to start my new business. When I called about having them file my taxes I felt pressured into agreeing into a contract as the person on the other end of the phone stated that I had make the decision that day to lock in this great deal. Prime then obtained my business for an upfront price of $2,890 and began charging me $84.95 each month. After this transaction there was little to no contact from the business in the form of person. I had no idea what I needed to do with my taxes and wasnt really sure what service I was paying for each month. After filling out the tax form for my business I stated that I just wanted them file it for my business and that my wife and I had another company filing our taxes jointly with our other business. The response I got was that they dont file C businesses separately and that I must also file my personal returns as well. Not being able to file my C business separately was never mentioned to me at sign up. I have truly paid for service and have received nothing in return. I am asking for a full refund in the amount $3,399.70 so that Prime can make things whole for me and my business.

      Prime Corporate is a decent company to file your LLC paperwork with. But it is not exceptional. In fact, LegalZoom.com will do it much faster and more professionally than Prime. My biggest complaint is that they recommended a fraud tax accounting firm to me (InciteTax), which stole my money and never filed any tax returns. It took me weeks of back and forth communication with Prime to figure out that this was a fraud recommendation, and that I may not get my money back.

      Dear BBB, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Prime Corporate Services regarding the services provided under the contract I entered with their company. The details of the complaint are outlined below: Background: I engaged Prime Corporate Services for tax services in June 2021, agreeing to two payments of $1445 each, in addition to a monthly fee of $64.95, with no specified end date. The understanding was that their service would ensure compliance with IRS laws, with a particular focus on my two LLC accounts which one of the they manage to file an entity formation and I paid $150.00. Communication Issues: From the outset, communication with Prime Corporate Services proved to be a significant challenge. Attempts to reach them by phone or email were often met with delays and difficulties. The complexity of the forms required for filing, which mirrored common bookkeeper spreadsheets, made the process cumbersome and unmanageable without adequate assistance. Failure to Meet Commitments: Despite assurances in the contract, Prime Corporate Services failed to provide the promised level of attention and compliance. The inability to file taxes on time, (I am still waiting that company file my 2022 tax), combined with the company's reluctance to assist with the intricate forms, led to a breach of their contractual obligations. Community Support and Contract Termination: Finding solidarity with other dissatisfied customers through the Prime Corporate Services Facebook page, we collectively shared information and experiences. Frustrated with the lack of service and support, I eventually requested the termination of the contract. Unsatisfactory Refund and Unre****able Charges: In response to the termination request, Prime Corporate Services issued a partial refund for one year of the monthly payment. However, during subsequent discussions with Ryan J****, an employee responsible for post-service contact, I was informed that the company intended to retain the two payments of $1500 each for the single year of tax services rendered. Mr. J**** justified this excessive charge, claiming it was standard for their Small Business Company services. Privacy and Information Security Concerns: In addition to the aforementioned challenges, I have encountered unsettling issues regarding the handling of my personal information. Subsequent to filing my complaint, I received calls and emails from entities such as Tax Sentry, Incite Tax, PbPros, and Prime Corporate Services. When questioning the nature of these calls and the sharing of my personal information, I was given conflicting explanations. Some representatives stated that these companies serve each other, while others claimed a merger into a single entity. This has raised significant concerns about the security and confidentiality of my personal information, and I am apprehensive about the potential implications of my data being associated with multiple entities. Conclusion: I am deeply disappointed and disillusioned with Prime Corporate Services, particularly considering their initial promises and subsequent lack of professionalism and customer care. I believe their actions are in violation of the terms outlined in our contract and warrant intervention. Desired Resolution: I request a thorough investigation into the conduct of Prime Corporate Services and the Merges companies urge the BBB to facilitate a fair resolution. This may include a review of their billing practices, adherence to contractual commitments, and overall customer service standards. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the BBB will act as an impartial mediator to address and rectify the issues raised in this complaint.

      My affiliate marketing mentor referred me to PB Pros to file my LLC in California in January 19, 2023. At that point I did not know anything about owning a business, the steps and right guidance. I trusted PB Pros with $2,279.95 in Jan 19, 2023 to file my LLC and another $1,890 in Jan 26, 2023 to do something else that was recommended (UPSELL) that I did not understand but that "I really needed" (According to them). After that Upsell I started working with a business advisor regarding business credit. Which required another $250 on top monthly for the credit cards that they recommend me to take to build business credit. AT the end IT DID NOT WORK. I never got any credit numbers and wasted months of paying $250 for credit cards and items that was not necessary. On top of this I was paying $65 a month for their services which is ridiculous when you wake up and really find what's going on. I cancelled the $65 and got a refund for those months. On January 3, 2024 I receive an email stating to renew my LLC. They're charging $95 for a form that is $20. But that's not the problem. I called multiple times between Jan 3-5 (Requested call back and they would hang up or just call one time and hang up so it appears as a missed call) Finally got a hold of a lady today Jan 5, 2024 and asked which form is the one to fill and she said "If I tell you it defeats the purpose of us doing it" (She did not want to tell me which form) So I called again, this time a man picked up and told me that Teri would call me soon to discuss if I really had to pay for renewal because as far as I know is every two years. Teri texted me and I asked her if I had to pay a renewal fee and she said that the system sent it on error. Here's the thing... If I would trusted you I would of paid the $95 for the UNNECESSARY renewal. How many times have you taken advantage of people starting a business recommending something that they don't need??? I request a Full 4,169.95 Refund.

      I originally began working with Prime Corporate Services to get help setting up LLC's with registered agents. After speaking with a couple of their sales reps, I was advised that I should also set up other services through their tax services and estate services department. This was done and paid for on Dec 18th, 2023. On Dec 19th, after talking to my business partners, I felt that I didn't need every service that I signed up for. I sent in a cancellation email the same day, Dec 19th, 2023, requesting for a cancellation and a refund of the tax services and estate planning, the total being $6,885.00. I requested that I be sent my refund and did not want to be contacted by my sales agent. I would contact them later on when I deemed those services would be necessary for me and my business venture. After ignoring my request, Prime Corporate Services had multiple agents reach out to try and keep me from canceling. I denied all request and on Dec 19th, 2023, I specifically asked for confirmation of cancel and for the refund to be processed immediately which Prime Corporate Services acknowledged via email on Dec 20th, 2023. I then received another phone call from a rep to "process" my refund on Dec 20th, 2023. I attempted to call the number back that was given to me via voicemail and to my avail there has been zero response from them. Everyday since Dec 20th I have either called in; left a voicemail; left an email requesting my refund. I finally got a response back on Jan 3rd, 2023 that a billing agent would be reaching out. It is now Jan 5th, 2023 and there have been zero attempts of contact. I have emailed numerous times and have called in again and again, receiving the same outcome of no one is answering or responding back to the voicemails that I am asked to leave.

      I signed up with Prime Corporate Services in June 2021, and I paid a hefty membership fee. Ever since then, they've consistently deducted $65 from my account every month. They successfully filed my taxes for the fiscal year 2021 in 2022, but for the fiscal year 2022, I sent my information in as of September 2023, and today is December 18, 2023, but no word from them about my tax returns. They are taking my money but they are not working on my returns. I only heard from them to learn that an accountant was assigned to my case. But I am given the run-around every single time I email them to ask about the progress of my returns. I no longer wish to have them deduct the monthly $65 from my account. I wish to have them refund all fees paid as of this year because of the fact that they have no plans of filing my income tax returns anytime soon. I am very fearful that I may suffer penalties imposed by the IRS due to their laziness and negligence.

      I am rejecting this response because: I received a call today at 4:31pm (from Incite Tax/PBPros/Tax Sentry/Prime Corporate) stating that the IRS rejected my returns because of my name being different from what they have on record. After speaking with me, the gentleman on the other end of the line with realized that my name was most likely recorded incorrectly (instead of putting down my two last names, the tax preparer made one my middle name - which is weird because a) this wasn't a problem last year as my preparer Rowena N****** got it right, and b) in the forms I submitted for 2022, I clearly wrote down in their intake forms that I had no middle name and two last names).

      I'm both disappointed and worried by this because I'm not sure what other mistakes have been made as regards my tax returns. I've been informed that the team is ensuring that my returns filed, but I need to keep this complaint open until I receive confirmation that the filing has actually been accepted by the IRS.

      The company misled me with advertisement that I could build business credit with a special secret step; which was never reviled to me. And instead I was given information that is readily found online on how to build business credit. In turn I need a refund of my funds back to me from the misleading information provide to me.

      Our business signed up for tax and accounting services in 2022 and uploaded the financial information as directed. At that point we were to be assigned an account manager and accountant for one on one meetings to get started. We never got any meetings or communication. I followed up and still never got to that next step of getting the one on one meetings to get started. They continue to bill my card monthly with no services. I have sent two requests for them to return my initial registration funds and the monthly fees they have taken as they broke the contract by not providing what was contracted. I have been dealing with this for over a year now. I got an email from there support stating they couldn't help me it isn't their department. I have forwarded this to their billing ***** I will now contact an attorney to recoup all money that went to Prime as there was never any service. It just shouldn't have to be this hard.
