    Inside Real Estate does not deliver on the services agreed upon. I was supposed to receive vetted leads for certain zip codes. They have not delivered as most of the leads are scam leads and not from the area you are paying for. They will not let you cancel your contract even though they do not deliver the services agreed upon. DO NOT FALL PREY TO THIS COMPANY!

    BUYER BEWARE. I've managed technology vendors for real estate brokerages for over 17 years, including a few years working for one. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE WORST VENDOR I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. The system is constantly broken, plagued with bugs and issues galore, and new problems appear every week. What's worse than that is the horrendous customer service and technical support, lack of accountability, and utter lack of any sense of urgency regarding fixing these issues that impact brokerage's and agent's ability to conduct their business. Issues we reported a year ago still aren't fixed. The lack of urgency and accountability is shared even by their upper-level management team. PLEASE think twice before giving them your hard-earned money. It would be a huge mistake.

    Very bad leads... most all leads have disconnected numbers and bogus emails. This system does not generate any good leads. Very bad company that produces horrible leads. I give one star because you have to chose but if not I would give none

    I am a single agent in ******* inside Real Estate/kvCORE as promised when I signed up,I would get leads the day the website launched, I was told no I had to paid 750 additional to get leads I started to emailed *********************** about the situation with no response immediately I withdraw my contract with them through the realtors board after they charged me ****** I didnt used there service I canceled immediately now they are threatening collection how can a company getting away scamming hard working people like this I told them from get go I need to be out of this contract because I was mislead accounting manager didnt care ignored my email and calls our first meeting I ask her if I was getting lead she said oh you can generate lead for free I said thats not what I was told stay away from this company also before signing up I ask clearly if I was getting lead *********************** said yes

    We cancel the suscription according to what they told us and they collected again this month fees (we cancelled it more than a month ago) , I don't think they should do those things that only affect their credibility. We'll keep trying to them to refund our funds wrongly collected.

    I am a Real Estate Agent and I use KVCORE/INSIDE REAL ESTATE for my CRM. I recently migrated to another Brokerage and my account was also migrated. The staff failed to transfer my, Email, Smart Phone number and keep assigned smart campaigns connect to each client. This was a internal transfer and i filled out the paperwork, signed up for CORE 360 and spend ******** per month. I have had a horrible time transferring my business number that is on every piece of marketing and advertising. This company can not seem to get his done and it has effect my business and eliminated 3 years of clients, ***** leads that no longer have my number. These are purchased leads, open house, ****** and other paid lead source. The average cost is ****** per name. This ** has zero service, no urgency, no regards or care for customers ability to survive and earn money. 7 days of begging for help, I am reaching out to the *** for help as I am desperate to bring resolve. The ***************** **************** has done nothing. NOT A FAN I feal this a breach of contract this CRM has done the opposite of what they say they do - to bring people together.

    HORRIBLE COMPANY. It is easier to get out of a Real Estate contract than it is to get out of this contract even if their services are junk and the entire CRM platform is worthless. No matter how many complaints you make about clients not getting emails because they all go spam, it's not good enough to get out of the contract. DO NOT WASTE your money on this hellish service. Not sure which is worse, the fact that none of my clients got my emails sent through the platform or how ************************* (in the loyalty department) has handled this situation. This company is the worst. Could have been a totally different outcome and feeling from me if he had just said, "We are so sorry. We will cancel your contract and work on this CONTINUOUS issue that HUNDREDS of other Agents experience as well," but he didn't and now I have to write this complaint on the BBB for everyone else. Shameful customer service. Hard ****** to learn and out a lot of money.

    This company continues to collect payment on your credit card after cancellation of services. Tried contacting their billing department and keep getting the run around, saying the account was under my former Brokers name who is no longer with the company. I located and contacted the Broker and the Broker sent the email to them. They still refuse to credit my account back to the date they cancelled my services (cancelled per my request). How can they take a cancellation request from me or the current Broker I was working under, but claim they can continue to bill my account. They are fraudulently collecting payment when they are not providing services. Beware! I would never recommend using this company to anyone!

    I was sold a bill of goods with this company. When I signed up initially April 10, 2023 I signed a 14 month agreement with 2 months being "free" up front with a remaining 12 month contract at $599/m after. Initial set up fee was $499.25. What they neglected to tell me prior to signing this agreement was that in order for the systems to actually do what they promised is that I had to spend another $5,000 to $10,000 for a "custom website". I have zero desire to spend that amount of money. When contacting the company, it is extremely difficult to get ahold of someone and when you finally do they are extremely rude. They tried to keep me there saying they are rated the #1 system by ***** but after dealing with these issues I have zero desire to be associated with this company. I feel like I was grossly misled when signing this contract and I request to be let out of it. They can keep the $3494.25 that has already been paid but they should not be able to continue to charge me for a service that they did not provide and I pay the additional $3693.75. It is a bait and switch and other patrons should know how shady Inside Real Estate and KVCore is.
